Plant type characteristics, adding flowers to flowers

The odd plant in China is tall, with long 45~50cm leaves, curved to semi-drooping leaves, greenish and moist leaves, medium leathery, thick waxy leaves, broad leaves, about 3cm. The tip of the leaf is blunt, and the tip of most leaves is twisted; there are minute and almost imperceptible teeth behind the midrib of the tip; the margin is mostly smooth and there are teeth only near the end of the leaf. The new buds are bluish green with a slight purplish red, and the first and second buds extend outward, such as multiple little fingers.

The florescence of Shenzhouqi is a little later, from March to May. Its flowers and arrows are very tall, far higher than the leaves, there is a lot of air pressure Qunfang, the king reigns in the world. The flowers are "branched" inflorescences, and there are more than a dozen twigs on the total arrows, and each branch has multiple ovaries, calyx and petals. The emergence of Shenzhouqi broke the pattern of Chinese orchids with one stem and one flower, and it is unique among the Chinese orchids so far.

Its main features are as follows:

Branch on the flower. When each flower blossoms, more than a dozen petals are placed on the first pedicel of the flower, curling like strips, and the second layer of 2-5 bract branches grow on the flower; when the second-layer bud opens, the third layer of 1-2 buds grow on the flower. In this way, there can be 3 to 6 florets on a flower, and more than 30 or more florets can be born in one arrow, one after another, such as pagodas blooming one after another; its colors are green and yellow, and the tongue is purple everywhere, like a hundred flowers in full bloom.

There are many petals. The flower itself belongs to a multi-petal odd flower, when the first layer of bud opens, the total number of inner and outer petals has reached about 20; to the opening of the second layer of bud, some people have carefully picked out a total of more than 80 petals. If the plant is strong, conjoined seedlings let it bloom heartily, it is really like honeysuckle, bustling.

The flowers are tall and tall. The flower stem is about 1m high, and the small flower stalk (ovary) of each flower is also very long, usually about 15cm; when the first layer bud opens, the flower height is about 20cm, to the second layer bud opening, the flower height reaches 25cm, to the third layer bud opens, the whole flower may reach 30cm, which is very beautiful and spectacular.

The florescence is special. Due to the layers of strange flowering in China, gradually blooming according to the level, the flowering period is longer than the general Mulanqi flowers, up to 3-4 months. In addition, the strange fragrance of Shenzhou is quiet, far more fragrant than the general ink orchid, and it is commendable to be able to send incense continuously in such a long flowering period.
