During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, Yuyao Lannong Gu Yongnian in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, found the plum petal Chunlan on Yuyao Mountain, and then transported to Jiaxing, Zhejiang for sale together with other orchids. Later, near the former site of Yuanhu Tower, which had long been burned down in Jiaxing, it was sold to Shen Zhiming, a local scholar. Shen Zhiming was named the first plum of Yuanhu Lake after the name of the Yuanhu Lake and the shape of the petals. Yuanhu first plum "Shen Zhiming" was later sold to fellow countrymen Hangzhou Wanjia Garden Jin Ruliang. "Jin" was renamed Wanzi after the name of the garden, so "Yuanhu first Mei" was also called Wanzi. Ten thousand words were sold to Japan in 1928, and Japan listed them as one of the "four Heavenly Kings" of Chunlan.

The outer three petals of Wanzi orchid are short, round and wide, with spikes at the tip, which is also the representative of the roundest sepals in plum petal flowers, narrow and long petal roots, thick flesh, pure quality, one shoulder, and sometimes flying shoulders. The three sepals are in harmony with each other in shape, position and color. The silkworm moth is hearty, thick, round, straight, waxy, smooth and smooth, with a deep pocket on the tight edge, and a red halo (slightly red dot) on the pocket, which is also one of the characteristics of ten thousand characters, which is very gaudy, with two handfuls of petals closed on the delicate fragrance of the core column. Typical small Ruyi tongue, small and round, not relaxed, concave into a triangle, sunken light red, the top section turns purplish green, and has sparse purple rib patterns, 12-16 cm high. Huaduohu green, unblooming white head, white edge, flower shape larger than Song Mei, blooming diameter up to 5.5-6 cm, five-petal nests, flowers quiet and beautiful, flowers tall on the leaf frame, showing high-spirited and energetic.
