Recently, the Municipal Food and Drug Administration released the routine monitoring results of the quality and safety of agricultural products in Shenzhen in the fourth quarter of 2015. according to the monitoring, a total of 1080 samples of edible agricultural products were monitored in the city, the number of unqualified samples was 39, and the qualified rate of samples was 96.4%. Among all kinds of products sampled, the qualified rate of beans is only 69.2%.
It is understood that samples are mainly taken from four links: production bases, wholesale markets, farmers' markets and supermarkets. Among them, 360 planting samples, 28 unqualified; 360 aquatic products samples, 8 unqualified; 360 livestock and poultry products, 3 unqualified. The above unqualified products have been followed up.
The main unqualified vegetable samples in this quarter are common cabbage, cabbage heart, kale and so on, and the qualified rate of beans is 69.2%.
A total of 360 samples of aquatic products were monitored in this quarter, 8 samples exceeded the standard, the qualified rate of captured aquatic products was 100%, the qualified rate of cultured fish samples was 97.7%, and the unqualified samples were yellow bone fish (yellow catfish), Pomfret and sea bass. The qualified rate of cultured shrimp samples is 95.2%, and the unqualified samples are shrimp, Macrobrachium rosenbergii and so on.
