The consumption of honey in our country is very large. Honey, a natural and healthy treasure, almost every family will buy some to drink in water. Bee farming is still very promising, let's take a look at the key points of bee farming technology.

I. Bee colony selection

Not all areas are suitable for raising bees, and not all bees are suitable for local breeding, so the selection of bees is of paramount importance. First of all, we have to understand the local natural environment, it is best to choose local bee species for breeding, and then we can choose bees that are suitable for local natural conditions to grow, so as to improve the success rate of bee culture. Finally, when choosing a colony, try to choose a colony that is diligent in and out and has a lot of pollen collection.

2. Beehive selection

The selection of beehive is also very important, it is a basic condition of honeybee breeding. Because beehives are usually placed in the open air, and bees do their basic life in beehives, the first requirement for choosing beehives is to have solid materials but light texture. Secondly, for beginners who have just started breeding bees, it is best to choose a live beehive, which is conducive to the exchange of the nest and spleen, and is more convenient in management and honey collection.

III. Colony transfer

Colony transfer is a process of transferring purchased colonies or wild trapped colonies to selected live hives. Generally speaking, in order to make the bees adapt to the new environment more quickly, we will put them into the hive together with the hive spleen, so that the colony can return to normal activity as soon as possible, without nostalgia for the place where the hive was built before, because its hive spleen has been moved here together.

IV. Subsidized feeding

Subsidized feeding is actually a supplementary feeding process during the honey collection period of bees. We usually have artificial feeding of honey, sugar water, pollen and so on at night. Especially when there is less honey, such as winter, then we also need to use subsidized feeding to maintain the survival of bees and increase honey production, while the fourth uncle is usually fed once in the morning and evening.

Fifth, reward breeding

Reward feeding is generally divided into two stages, namely, spring bee breeding period and autumn bee breeding period. The purpose of reward breeding in spring is to improve the economic benefits of bee breeding, while in autumn, it is to make bees survive the winter smoothly and improve the economic benefits in the coming year. In fact, the way of reward feeding is very similar to that of subsidized feeding, which is fed with honey, syrup and syrup, but only in the evening every day.

Bee farming is dangerous and not suitable for novice breeding, otherwise it may be stung by a swarm. It is best to start beekeeping after professional training and study, you can learn through videos and books, consult old beekeepers and other methods.
