How to raise crabs at home

1. Environment

Raising crabs at home can be a concrete pool, a larger plastic basin, or a larger fish tank. Whatever it is, it can be raised. It's mainly fish tanks here. Put some stones and fine sand at the bottom of the jar and pour in tap water for a day. The water should not exceed the crab shell. Then plant some aquatic plants in the fish tank, such as verticillata verticillata, bitter grass, eelweiss, etc., to create a good living environment for crabs.

Put the selected big crab or small crab into the jar, and it should be free from disease and injury. Crabs are social animals, can be raised together with several crabs, so the survival rate is relatively high, but the size specifications should be consistent.

3. Food

Crabs are omnivorous animals, can feed egg yellow, animal viscera, small fish shrimp, cabbage, dried beans, pumpkin, potato, snails, clam meat, red worms, etc., very good to feed. Feed 1-2 times a day, and the amount should be eaten within half an hour.

4. Cleaning

To give crabs regular cleaning, cleaning hands fixed crabs, and then use a toothbrush dip shower gel or soap wash, especially dead corners, pull its foot brush. After washing, rinse with water, fish tank should also be washed, occasionally sprinkle salt, can prevent infectious diseases.

5, change water

Change the water every three days. After changing the water, sprinkle appropriate amount of quicklime to sterilize and disinfect.
