The difference between green lobster and red lobster

Crayfish have two body colors, one is bluish brown, the shell is thin, the other is reddish brown, the shell is thicker, respectively called "green shell shrimp" and "red shell shrimp". So what's the difference between green lobster and red lobster?

Green or red shells are just crayfish with different body colors during their growth. But the lobster with small pliers, soft shell and cyan color is still in its early growth stage or just shelled, while the red-shell shrimp is a crayfish with large pliers, hard shell and scarlet or dark red, which belongs to the mature crayfish.

The growth of crayfish needs to be accomplished by shelling. Every time it grows, it will shell once. Normally, it needs to shell about 11 times from seedling to adult shrimp. When it matures, the times of shelling will decrease immediately, and it is likely to become once every 2-3 years. Therefore, through the principle of shelling and growth, we can draw the conclusion that crayfish should have good quality if they want to grow up. It has to be done by shelling many times.
