Bombyx mori is a common insect in southwest China, which will produce cocoons and produce various silk quilts in the later stage, so the breeding value is very high. If you want to raise silkworms well, you must raise young silkworms. How to raise young silkworms?

1. Prepare the paper box

The newly hatched silkworms can be placed on a clean carton or put a layer of smooth paper on the carton to prevent the silkworms from getting into the cracks in the box.

2. Feeding

After hatching, the young silkworms will begin to eat food in half an hour. At this time, some very tender mulberry leaves should be picked, then cut into small pieces and placed on the silkworms, allowing them to forage freely. Before feeding mulberry leaves, there should be no stains or water stains on mulberry leaves, especially after rain, the water must be wiped clean to avoid causing disease. It is generally fed once in the morning, in the evening and once every day, as long as the amount is appropriate.

3. Clean up the old mulberry leaves

Before feeding mulberry leaves, the mulberry leaves under the silkworms should be replaced in time to ensure a clean growth environment.

4. The temperature should be suitable.

The suitable temperature for young silkworms is 25-28 degrees. It should be ventilated in time when the temperature is high and rise in time when the temperature is low.

Generally speaking, young silkworms are easy to raise, as long as the temperature is controlled and some fresh fresh mulberry leaves are fed.
