Background story:
When it comes to his Junhe, Chen Zejun will certainly mention two key figures. One is Wu Yongquan, Lanyou of Hongxing Township, Mingshan County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. After waiting for five years, Chen Zejun finally moved Wu Yongquan with sincerity before he bought most of the original species from him. However, at that time, the flower had not yet appeared in the orchid world, nor was it recognized by the society. However, Chen Zejun relies on his love of orchids and his understanding of orchids, he believes that this flower will be famous. Sure enough, at the Summer Orchid Show in Pengzhou, Sichuan Province in August 1999, the flower brought by Chen Zejun immediately caused a sensation, and many experts, scholars and orchid friends paid great attention to it. Here, Chen Zejun will mention another key figure, that is, Mr. Chen Daikai, Deputy Secretary General of Sichuan Orchid Association. When he learned that Chen Zejun had this flower, he gladly named it "Junhe". The name is really on Chen Zejun's heart. Such a good flower, isn't she like the king of the orchids of the four seasons? Of course, Mr. Chen named the flower "Jun" in order to show that the relationship between the flower and its owner complement each other.
In order to let more people know "Junhe" and to let the national orchid friends see the fine works of Sichuan, on September 14, 1999, Chen Zejun resolutely flew with Junhe to Kunming to participate in the World Expo, but he did not expect that, under the critical eyes of many experts and authorities, Junhe won the gold medal of this World Expo in one fell swoop. This is also the only gold medal for Sichuan to participate in the World Expo! As a result, he got the award certificate and medal personally signed by Vice Premier Li Lanqing. In fact, this is not only the honor of Chen Zejun, but also the honor of our whole Sichuan. After all, "Junhe" comes from Ya'an, Sichuan Province, is cultivated in Qionglai, Sichuan Province, and is named in Pengzhou, Sichuan Province. Its appearance has rewritten the history of the lotus petal shape of the four seasons orchid.
