How to raise octopus

Octopus is an invertebrate with a short oval body and no fins. There are eight wrists on the head, so it is also called "octopus". So how to raise octopus?

I. selection of water temperature and feeding box

Octopus is suitable for living in a water temperature of 15 ℃ ~ 23 ℃, and it is very suitable for their growth and breeding in spring and autumn every year. Choose the area of the cage according to the size and number of octopus.

2. Feed collocation

Choose some small fry and shellfish as its food, you can also put the frozen fish directly to the octopus, but in the process, be sure to keep the food fresh and clean.

Third, change water

In some seasons, it is necessary to change the water of the cage every half a month. When the temperature is low in winter, you can choose to sterilize the cage thoroughly every other month.

IV. Disinfection

Disinfect feeding tools and cages regularly. After half a month of stocking, it is easy to die, and with the growth of the body, the disease resistance begins to increase gradually. Therefore, different feeding methods must be carried out according to the size of the volume.

Octopus often live in deep sea sediment in autumn and winter. Usually crawl with the wrist, sometimes swim by the expansion of the membrane between the wrists, or use the funnel under the head to spray water to swim quickly.
