When it comes to donkeys, we must be familiar with them. They can not only be eaten, but also have high medicinal value. At present, many farmers raise donkeys. How to raise donkeys?

1. Site selection and building

Choose a piece of land with good surrounding environment, pollution-free water quality and convenient transportation, and build a suitable size enclosure according to the number of breeding. It is best to divide the donkey fence with a railing, and make a sink and material trough in the same direction. Generally, the trough is about 30-50 cm away from the ground. As for the inside of the trough, it is convenient to drink water. Each donkey reserves 2-3 square meters of activity space.

2. Seed selection

Go to the monopoly market to pick out some strong donkey seedlings, and then pull them back to the enclosure.

3. Donkey management technology

(1) Young donkey management: vaccination should be made in the early stage to enhance resistance. When feeding at the same time, try to feed some wheat flour, cornmeal and so on, wait for 2 weeks, and then start to feed some roughage. The amount of feeding should be increased or decreased according to the season as far as possible. Generally, it is best to be fed once in the morning, in the middle and in the evening. If it is winter, it can be fed four times a day.

(2) fattening period management: after the donkey has grown for about a month, feed more forage grass and keep the house clean at all times, so as to enhance the resistance and increase the lean meat rate. When feeding, the daily feeding times, time and amount of feeding should be determined according to the season. For example, it can be fed 4 times in the morning, noon, evening and night in winter, and 5 times in spring and summer. The weather is cool in autumn, which can be reduced to 3 times a day. In addition, the feeding time and feeding amount should be relatively fixed, excessive or insufficient food intake, affecting the feeding effect and causing digestive tract diseases.

(3) raise separately: during breeding, male donkey and female donkey had better be raised separately, because male donkey is stronger, it is easy to hurt female donkey, especially in estrus, so separate breeding is recommended.

(4) drinking water requirements: supply sufficient water to donkeys according to the type of feed, climate, etc. Generally drinking water 4 times a day, hot weather can be increased to 5 times. Do not drink water too quickly, it is easy to choke lungs and abdominal pain.

(5) timely deworming: donkeys have the habit of rubbing against railings, so donkeys should pay attention to deworming when they often rub against railings, market inspection should also be required, and repairs should be made in time to avoid accidental injuries.
