Sheep dung is a kind of slightly alkaline dung, which is often used to make organic fertilizer, but it can not be used until it has been fermented. The fertilizer is suitable for alkaline and barren land and can increase crop yield.

Second, how to make sheep manure organic fertilizer?

1. The amount of sheep dung mixed with straw powder depends on the water content of sheep manure. Generally, 45% water content is required for fermentation.

2. With the addition of corn flour and bacteria, the function of corn flour is to increase sugar for strain fermentation.

3. Add the mixture to the mixer and mix it evenly, thoroughly, leaving no raw blocks. The mixed ingredients are piled into long strips with a width of 1.5 m-2 m and a height of 0.8 m-1 m, which are turned and polished by a flipping machine every 2 days.

4. The temperature of composting can reach 60 ℃-80 ℃ after 2 days, odorless in 4 days, loose in 7 days, fragrance in 9 days and compost in 10 days. It can kill diseases and insect pests such as E. coli and eggs. The odor of sheep manure was eliminated on the 4th day, the compost became loose and dry on the 7th day, covered with white hyphae, a wine koji flavor was emitted on the 9th day, and the bacterial manure was fermented and matured on the 10th day.

5. After a little drying, the semi-wet material can be crushed by the semi-wet material grinder, granulated by the organic fertilizer granulator, dried and dehydrated by the dryer, and then screened by the screening machine, the finished organic fertilizer is ready and can be packed and stored.

Sheep feces and urine are rich in nutrients, which are not only effective nutrients that can be easily decomposed and absorbed by crops, but also slow-acting nutrients that are not easy to decompose.
