How to raise shrimps
Shrimp has a high nutritional value of dietotherapy, such as steaming, frying and so on. It is a favorite dish and has a good breeding prospect. So, how do you raise shrimp?
1. First of all, it is appropriate to choose freshwater ponds or shrimp ponds with an area of 3 mu and a water depth of 1.5 to 2.5 meters, with adequate fresh water sources, no pollution and sandy bottom.
2. One week before the shrimp fry was released, the shrimp fry was filtered with 60-80-mesh silk mesh, the water was 30 cm, and 50 kg of base fertilizer (fermented animal manure) or 5 kg of urea was applied per mu to cultivate the basic bait.
3. Shrimp fry need to be desalinated for more than a week, and the proportion is less than 1.003 before they can be released. Generally, 30,000 shrimp seedlings of 0.7-1.0 cm per mu are stored, and the seedlings below 0.7 cm need to be temporarily reared. A total of 80,150 silver carp species of 10 cm and 20 cm can be mixed in shrimp ponds.
4. Shrimp seedlings mainly feed on plankton in ponds. One month later, the compound feed was fed, supplemented by fresh fish, shellfish, etc., and the feeding rate was generally 3% or 5% of the shrimp body weight. The amount of bait can be increased appropriately from July to September, according to the principle that there is no residual bait, the number of bait is 2 to 3 times a day, the amount of bait in the daytime accounts for 3%, and the amount of bait in the evening is 3%.
5. After 10 days of stocking, shrimp fry begin to add water gradually, adding 10-15 cm of water every week. Change water 20,30cm every 2-3 days in high temperature season.
6. Every half month or so, the whole pond is sprinkled with quicklime 5kg / mu, which not only improves the water quality and bottom quality, but also sterilizes and promotes shelling growth. At the same time, 1 ‰ ~ 3 ‰ garlic bait should be mixed for 3 days at 15 ~ 20 days.
The water quality of shrimp culture is better, the water needs to be changed frequently in the high temperature season, and quicklime should be used for disinfection every half a month to ensure the asepsis of the water source. In addition, try to avoid the use of pesticides.
