The main feeding facilities are barbed wire, food trough, sink and so on, which can be tied or caged with open loop positioning. The breeding density is 3 puppies per square meter, 2 medium dogs per square meter and 1 big dog per square meter.

4. Pay attention to feed collocation

Meat dogs are omnivorous animals, the selection of feed should pay attention to the combination of multiple varieties, in order to reduce feed costs and strengthen the growth of meat dogs. The diet is mainly composed of plant feed, and some animal feed is added appropriately. The dietary reference ratio is as follows: 60% of corn flour, 20% of vegetables, 15% of meat, 4% of fish meal and 1% of salt. The daily feed intake is 2% to 2.5% of the body weight of meat dogs. Cooked feed products should be processed into balls or porridge, 3 meals a day, and adequate drinking water should be given after eating. Meat dogs are aggressive animals with large daily activity and high energy consumption, so their exercise should be reduced as much as possible.

5. Dog breeding

Medium-sized dogs reached the age of sexual maturity when they were 1.5 years old and large dogs reached the age of 2 years old. Dogs are seasonal estrus animals, which are in estrus twice a year in spring and autumn. The gestation period is about 60 days, the annual birth rate is 2 babies, and the lactation period is 45-50 days.

6. Daily management

Breeding and management personnel should not be changed at will, and strangers are strictly prohibited from entering the enclosure. The feeding time should be fixed every day, clean the enclosure 1 hour before feeding, wash the trough utensils frequently, and keep the enclosure dry and clean. Attention should be paid to shading and ventilation in summer, repelling ants and killing flies, and keeping warm and cold in winter.

7. Do a good job in disease prevention

The enclosure and appliances were disinfected once a month. Healthy dogs should be vaccinated with rabies vaccine and canine distemper vaccine, and meat dogs over 80 days old should be dewormed once every two months.
