Bear is a kind of bear, also known as black blind, crescent bear, bear, etc., is a mammal of the family Bear family of carnivores. Bears are distributed from eastern Siberia to northeast China and Japan. Bears are huge and eat a lot of food, so what do bears like to eat?

What do bears like to eat

Bears are omnivorous animals, mainly plants, not only eat grass, shoots, moss, berries and nuts, but also go to the stream to catch frogs, crabs and fish, dig for rodents, dig for bird eggs, prefer to lick ants, steal honey, and even attack small deer, sheep or rotting corpses. Most of the time bears travel at night and rest in tree caves or caves during the day.

Bears like to live in mountain forests at an altitude of 1000 to 3000 meters above sea level. Some bears hibernate in winter, black bears in some areas sleep in caves all winter, while others hibernate only in the worst winter days. Black bears that need to hibernate start eating around at the end of the summer season to store enough fat. During hibernation, their metabolic rate will be halved and will no longer be excreted.

Second, the living situation of bears

The wild population of bears in China is estimated to be 12, 000 to 18, 000. more than 7, 000 bears in the world are brutally tortured by live bears in more than 400 bear farms, and the lives of these bears are less than 1/3 of that of normal bears. Black bears have long been listed as Appendix I in the Convention on International Trade in Endangered species of Wild Fauna and Flora, which restricts international trade in live black bears and their products and derivatives. China's Wildlife Protection Law also lists black bears as second-class protected animals.

Let's stop here with regard to bears. If there is no sale, there will be no killing. When we encounter the illegal hunting of bears, we should promptly expose and report to the relevant organizations and news units.
