Second, the breeding prospect of black goat.

Black goat is tall, gentle, heavy at birth, fast growing, resistant to damp and heat, and has the advantages of strong disease resistance, high meat yield, good meat quality and so on. Young black goats can weigh about 5 kilograms at birth, adult sheep can weigh about 100 kilograms, and the meat yield is as high as 58.9% to 60%. It is the best pure green meat food. And the black goat fur has a strong gloss and is a high-quality plate skin. With the improvement of people's living standards and changes in dietary structure in recent years, mutton as a safe, high-protein, low-fat, low-cholesterol green safe food, the market demand is increasing, especially for black goats. These advantages make black goat the most popular green meat food, which is generally valued by domestic and foreign markets, and the market demand is extremely high. Black goat has become one of the most promising breeding species because of its strong reproductive ability, high economic value, strong market demand and the characteristics of pollution-free herbivorous carnivorous animals.

III. Breeding techniques of black goats

1. Hybrid improvement. It is suggested that Boer goat should be crossed with black goat to produce a hybrid generation, and then the female parent of the hybrid generation should be crossed with Boer goat. The 4-month-old body weight of crossbred sheep by this method can reach 250.30 kg, which is comparable to that of local adult sheep, and under grazing conditions, the meat yield of 10-month-old hybrid sheep is 12.5 kg, which is more than 2 times higher than that of local breeds.

2. Pay attention to deworming. The sheep were dewormed once every 2 months, albendazole and avermectin were used in turn to kill insects internally, and diformamidine could be sprayed for external use. At the same time, the sheepfold is cleaned every day, and the enclosure and facilities are sanitized regularly with bleach and parasite, so as to prevent the occurrence of parasites and other diseases.

3. Mating in the wrong season. The ewes that give birth to winter lambs are mated from July to September every year, from December to February of the following year, and weaned from April to June. The lambs are weaned when the forage grass turns green and grows, and a better daily gain can be obtained by grazing, and the sheep can be fenced when their body weight reaches 40 kg from August to October. The ewes that give birth to spring lambs are mated from October to November of each year, give birth to lambs from March to May of the following year, and are weaned from July to August. After weaning, grazing and supplementary feeding make the body weight of the lambs reach 40 kg in November to December. Only in this way can the economic benefits of the sheep be maximized.

4. Ewe seminiferous duct. Ewes after pregnancy, feed more tender forage, carrots and other green juice feed, but also pay attention to the addition of trace elements, vitamins and salt supply. Increase the amount of wheat bran in the concentrate to relieve bowels and defecation. 2-3 days before delivery, properly feed protein-rich prolactation feed, such as peanuts, soybean milk, and laxative feed, to provide nutrition for postpartum milk production of ewes. After giving birth, while supplying concentrate, increase the amount of root tuber, succulent feed, vitamins, calcium and phosphorus, increase the specific gravity of milk and promote the development of lambs. If ewe milk is scarce, 250 grams of kelp and 100 grams of lard can be taken and boiled in a pot to make ewes produce more milk after drinking for 6 hours at a time. In addition, the lactation effect can be achieved by feeding once every 3 days, feeding 3 times in a row, and supplying sufficient green succulent feed.

5. Strengthen supplementary feeding. Every day after herding sheep, around 8 o'clock in the evening, feed 60% of grass meal and corn meal, 28% of soybean cake, 10% of wheat bran, 2% of salt, and a mixture of multi-dimensional and trace elements. During the withering period, 8% peanut bran and vitamins and minerals can be added to the concentrate. The lambs were trained to feed on tender grass at the age of 10 days, and were fed with mixed concentrate such as fried cornmeal at the age of 15 days. The daily feeding amount of each lamb was 50 to 200 grams, so as to ensure that the lambs grew strong and fast after weaning at 3 months old.

6. Magnetized water. The treatment of water, forage and concentrate with 2 pieces of strong nano-863 every day can improve the feed utilization rate and enhance the physique of sheep.

Black goat is widely loved by consumers because of its excellent meat quality, and is known as "meat treasures" in the world, both in terms of breeding prospects and economic benefits.
