The applicant shall be a unit or individual that has the conditions suitable for domesticating and breeding the wild animal.

(1)Having fixed places and necessary facilities suitable for domesticating and breeding wild animals;

(2)Having the funds, personnel and technology appropriate to the species and quantity of domesticated and propagated wild animals;

(3)The source of feed for domesticating and breeding wild animals is guaranteed.

The materials to be submitted are:

(1)Written application report, application form for license for domestication and breeding of non-state protected wildlife; written certificate of local neighborhood committee or police station;

(2)Proof documents and relevant photos of the right to use the place, fixed place and necessary facilities, capital reserve and fixed asset investment, technical ability of breeding personnel, etc. that are suitable for the species and scale of wild animals under application for domestication and breeding;

(3)Feasibility study report or overall planning of the wildlife domestication and breeding project under application;

(4)Provenance proof materials of wild animals applied for domestication and reproduction;

(5)To apply for increasing the species of domesticated and propagated wild animals, it is necessary to submit explanatory materials on the species, quantity and health status of the original domesticated and propagated wild animals, as well as copies of the domesticated and propagated licenses already obtained and relevant approval documents.
