What are the culture techniques of crayfish?

1. Farm construction and disinfection

Crayfish are suitable for growing in clean water and pollution-free environment, and ponds, rice fields and ditches are good breeding grounds. After the selection of land, according to the number of farming to build a suitable size of the pool, the pool area is generally about 10-50 mu. After it is built, surround it with an anti-escape net and seal the bottom with soil to prevent escape. In addition, some aquatic plants can be planted in the pond according to the climate, such as Elorella, goldfish algae, verticillium, etc., accounting for about 30% of the total area of the pond. In addition, 150-300 kg of quicklime water per mu was used to disinfect the breeding pond before releasing seedlings.

2. Put in the seedlings

Before release, about 250 kg of fermented manure is sprinkled per mu. If the pool water is not fermented after 3 days, a small amount of fermented organic fertilizer water can be sprinkled many times to make the pond water reach a suitable fertility. The transparency of water is required in 25~35cm, which is suitable for clear green. When the water temperature reaches above 15 degrees, go to the exclusive fishing store to buy some healthy seedlings and put them in the pool. Lobster seedlings with a body length of more than 1.5~2.0cm are generally planted with 50~80kg per mu.

3. Daily management

(1) feeding

Crayfish are omnivorous animals, can eat soybeans, pumpkins, wheat, corn, potato, goldfish algae, animal offal, miscellaneous fish and so on. Generally, the daily intake of dry food is about 510% of the body weight of prawns. Bait needs timing, positioning, quality and quantity.

(2) Water quality

The early stage is mainly fertilizer and water, and the transparency is about 25cm. In the middle and later period, it is best to change water or add water once every 3-5 days to keep the transparency of the water body about 40cm. According to the actual situation, turn on the aerator properly to maintain a high oxygen content in the water body. In the hot season, aquatic products are easy to die, so they should be removed in time. Regularly sprinkle microbial preparations, can be sprinkled every half a month in the whole pool, can effectively improve the water quality.

4. Disease control

Crayfish have strong adaptability, but they may also be infected with diseases in the process of breeding, so quicklime should be used to disinfect the water body regularly to kill pathogens. Once the disease occurs, it is necessary to find out the cause and use medicine for the symptoms. Deal with it quickly to avoid the loss of fighting.

What is the practice of crayfish?

1. Fried crayfish

Raw materials: crayfish 500g, dried pepper 100g, dried green pepper 30g, salt, sliced ginger, sliced garlic, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, cooked sesame, cooked peanut kernels, onion knots, liquor, salad oil.

Making method:

(1) the crayfish is shelled, eviscerated, washed, put into a hot pot, order a few drops of liquor, drain, then soak with salt and oil for 1 minute.

(2) when you put a large amount of salad oil into a hot oil pan, deep-fry the crayfish until tender inside.

(3) put a small amount of oil in the pan, stir-fry ginger, sliced garlic, dried pepper, dried pepper and salt until the nose is spicy, stir-fry the deep-fried crayfish together, put the essential powder and chicken essence, and add sesame oil, sesame seeds and peanut kernels to the pan.

2. Spicy crayfish (shrimp)

Raw materials: 500g crayfish, 20g dried pepper, 20g Zanthoxylum bungeanum, 2 spring onions, 4 ginger, 4 fragrant leaves, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 star anise, 1 cinnamon, light soy sauce 45ml, soy sauce 15ml, 8 g brown sugar, 5 g salt, high liquor 30ml.

Steps:

Wash the crayfish, chop the onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the chili into pieces.

(2) add a little more oil than usual to stir-fry, cook until 30% hot, add pepper, pepper, spring onions, ginger and garlic to stir-fry.

(3) add the washed crayfish and stir-fry well, then pour in the liquor, light soy sauce and soy sauce, add sugar and stir-fry to taste.

(4) after seeing the crayfish curling, add the spices such as fragrant leaves, star anise and cinnamon, add 200ml water, cover the pot and simmer for 8 minutes, finally add the right amount of salt to season, and finally increase the heat to receive juice.

In the crayfish cooking process, we should pay attention to cooked, boiled thoroughly in order to kill E. coli. In addition, the head of lobster is the most likely to accumulate parasites and is not suitable for consumption.
