First, how best to build a pig house

Piggery can be built into open type, window type and closed type, and the roof has flat roof, single slope, double slope and so on.

1. Open pig house

Leeward to the sun, three walls, one side open or semi-open, in the open surface permanent sports ground, but also in the playground feeding, drinking water, defecation. The house is for lying down and rest only. In order to keep warm in winter, temporary wind shielding facilities can be installed.

2. Windowed pigsty

Summer ventilation should be considered and ventilation routes should be organized. In order to prevent direct sunlight from entering the house in summer and the pig bed in winter, the height of the upper mouth of the window and eaves should be reasonably designed. The pigsty, which relies on natural ventilation, is about 10 meters wide. If the pigsty is too narrow, it is necessary to increase the occupation area and enclosure structure area, and if it is too wide, it will affect the ventilation in the house. Generally speaking, pig houses in southern China should be narrow and those in the north should be wider.

3. Closed pig house

Generally do not open windows, instruments, equipment to control the house of light, temperature, humidity and ventilation and other conditions. In order to prevent the impact of unexpected power outages, emergency windows can be set up. The roof and walls should be guaranteed to have thermal insulation performance.

II. What problems should be paid attention to in the construction of pig houses

1. Wall

At present, most pig houses are still mainly mixed structure, using brick walls and roof trusses to bear load. if we can properly strengthen the thermal insulation performance of the roof and wall enclosure structure, it is more conducive to the growth of pigs.

2. Ground

The cement floor is generally used in the pigsty, which is easy to wash, but it is not conducive to the warmth and dryness of the pig bed. In order to reduce the conduction and heat dissipation of pig body temperature through cement floor, slag or brick cushion can be added, or overhead precast reinforced concrete floor can be used, rubber floor, plastic floor or heating floor can also be used.

The crevice floor should be resistant to alkali corrosion, flat surface, strong and durable, often made of cast iron, reinforced concrete or aluminum plate, and the gap width should be less than half of the pig's foot grounding width.

3. Pigsty

Brick pig pens affect summer ventilation and winter light, and cover a large area, so steel pipe pig pens or wood and bamboo pig pens with anti-corrosion can be adopted.

4. Feeding trough

The structure of the feeding trough should be simple, strong and durable, and it is easy to raise, feed, wash and disinfect.

1. Disinfection procedure

On the first day of disinfection, the pigsty needs to be inspected to determine which parts are the key objects of disinfection, and to clean up some of the more common ones, such as pig feces and food residues. At the same time, the dust accumulated in the doors and windows of pig houses, which are easy to be neglected, should also be cleaned up. This can effectively prevent the phenomenon of dust during spraying disinfectant and cleaning, and cause air pollution.

After the pig house is initially cleaned, what further needs to be washed. Because, some pig houses have been used for a long time, because the temperature is relatively high in summer, some garbage that is difficult to clean may give off a variety of peculiar smells and are easy to breed bacteria. If the pig houses are not cleaned for a long time, some indomitable germs may be difficult to be really eliminated. When cleaning the pigsty, it is necessary to wash and disinfect the pig house after simple disinfection to kill bacteria. In addition, in the process of washing, the use of high-pressure water gun for washing can also clean the edges and corners that are difficult to clean in the pig house, thus improving the quality and efficiency of cleaning.

After completing the above two tasks, what needs to be carried out is the disinfection of the details. For example, when disinfecting pig troughs and drinking water utensils, it is best to handle them separately because the disinfectant is toxic and these appliances come into direct contact with the pig's mouth. 2. Choose disinfectants

In the disinfection of pig houses, there is a work that is essential, that is, the selection and use of disinfectants. At present, there are a variety of disinfectants sold in the market, and disinfectants that are soluble in water, low corrosiveness, no strong pungent odor and strong germicidal ability should be selected as far as possible. In this way, the use of disinfectants can also reduce the harm and corrosion of disinfectants to themselves, and the disinfectants selected in summer will bring discomfort to people's respiratory tract if their odors are irritating and volatile.
