Yin Huayun, senior agronomist, deputy director of Shidian County Plant Protection Station, explained the prevention and control techniques of diseases and insect pests of pollution-free early winter vegetables; through training, farmers' knowledge of vegetable planting, integrated pest control and safe use of drugs have been further improved.
