Ganoderma lucidum has the effect of replenishing qi and calming nerves and prolonging life. With the improvement of living standards, the demand for Ganoderma lucidum is increasing, while wild Ganoderma lucidum is very rare, so artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum has become a wealth project. So how does Ganoderma lucidum grow artificially? The cultivation methods of Ganoderma lucidum mainly include bottle planting, bag planting and section wood cultivation. Below, the pro-agricultural network explains these three cultivation methods in detail.

1. Bottle planting

Choose a medium-sized jar or canned bottle, wash the bottle and dry it. After filling the prepared medium into the bottle, squeeze the medium into the bottle by hand, press it 1cm away from the mouth of the bottle, flatten it, punch the hole to the bottom of the bottle in the central position with a tool, and be careful not to break the bottom of the bottle. Wash the mouth of the bottle and wrap it in Kraft paper.

Then sterilize it in 100 degrees at atmospheric pressure for 8-12 hours, and then sterilize at 121 degrees under high pressure for 1-2 hours. After cooling, it can be inoculated, and after inoculation, it can be put into a culture room with a temperature of about 25 degrees and a humidity of less than 70%. The culture room can maintain a dark environment, which is conducive to mycelium growth, but when the mycelium grows to half the height of the bottle, the sealing paper can be removed. At this time, it can be moved to the physical generating room, and the temperature can be controlled between 25 and 28 degrees, and Ganoderma lucidum can be grown slowly.

2. Bag planting

The procedure of bag planting is similar to that of bottle planting, except that the medium uses a polyethylene plastic bag, which is packed about 10 cm away from the mouth of the bag, folds the mouth of the bag, covers the plastic ring and plugs cotton. After sterilization, inoculate in a sterile environment, but when the mycelium grows to half the height of the bag, the plastic ring and stuffed cotton can be removed to expose the material surface and let it slowly produce Zhi.

3. Section wood cultivation

Section wood cultivation is to imitate the growth mode of wild Ganoderma lucidum, select large broad-leaved tree species, the tree age is 7-10 years old, the trunk is sawed into segments, and then soaked in water for 12 hours, so as to increase the moisture of the trunk. Punch the trunk with a diameter of about 1cm, then inoculate it with a gun, cover it with bark, pile it up after inoculation, keep the temperature between 20 and 28 degrees Celsius, pay attention to ventilation at high temperature, and get bacteria out after about one month. After disinfection, the part buried in the soil accounts for 2/3 or 3/4 of the total length, keep the soil moist, and Ganoderma lucidum can grow after about two months.

The above is the introduction of the artificial cultivation methods of Ganoderma lucidum brought by the pro-agricultural network for you. Now there are three main methods of artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum. I hope it can be helpful to you.
