Ganoderma lucidum is a very valuable medicine, especially the year of Ganoderma lucidum is even more rare, but many prescriptions need to use Ganoderma lucidum, but the wild Ganoderma lucidum resources are far from enough, in addition, the price of Ganoderma lucidum in the market is also very considerable, so we developed a new type of artificial planting of Ganoderma lucidum to meet the market demand. I hope it can be helpful to all my friends.

1. Nutrition management

The nutrients planted by Ganoderma lucidum are the basis of its growth, so nutrient management is very important. generally speaking, before planting Ganoderma lucidum, we need to prepare sawdust and wheat bran, and then there are necessary fertilizers. We mix sawdust, wheat bran and urea evenly, and after drying for a few hours, we can prepare the material. Of course, the wheat bran can be replaced by rice straw meal or corn stalk residue, and urea can also be replaced by ammonia fertilizer. The effect is very good, we can prepare a variety of nutrients.

2. Loading management

After the nourishment has been prepared, it will be our turn to load the material, and we can use the usual plastic bags, each of which is about 200 to 300 grams. When bagging, we should pay attention to the need to be tight and the surface should be smooth. Then stick a vent in the middle, seal it with a face plug, and wrap it with a layer of Kraft paper. Of course, you can also bottle the nourishment, the method of bottling and bagging is the same.

3. Sterilization management

As the nutrients in the configuration process and the bags and bottles used may contain a large number of bacteria, so in order to ensure the healthy growth of Ganoderma lucidum, we need to sterilize them. We put the bags and bottles into the pear pot and carry out high-pressure sterilization so that we can be vaccinated the next day. If we are using atmospheric pressure sterilization, we must vaccinate immediately after sterilization, otherwise there will be bacteria invading.

4. Vaccination management

When inoculating, the requirements on the environment are very strict. It is best to have a special inoculation room. When entering the inoculation room, you need to disinfect the tools for vaccination. Secondly, the vaccination personnel need to disinfect themselves. Then use the tool to take out the cultured bacteria, put them into a nourishing bag or bottle, and then seal the bag or bottle. Put it in a culture room with a temperature of about 25 to 28 degrees, and the buds will grow in about a month, and then you need to raise the temperature by about one degree, continue to grow, and wait until it hardens around it for harvest.

5. Disease control

Ganoderma lucidum is easy to be infected by bacteria in the process of growth. the main fungi that harm the growth of Ganoderma lucidum are Penicillium, Mucor, Rhizopus and so on. The second is to dig up the bark that is damaged by bacteria, and finally, if it is found that Ganoderma lucidum is seriously infected by bacteria, it should be abandoned in time, or if alcohol is applied to the place where the bacteria are infected, it must not be prevented and treated with pesticides, because it will be Ganoderma lucidum carrying pesticide residues and will not be able to be used as medicine.
