Dangshan lotus valve

Dangshan lotus, is a lotus petal orchid variety, lotus petal; because of the petal lotus type, planted in the "Dangshanzhou" Orchid Garden named. Originally named lotus petal, it is produced in the valley of Lancang River in western Yunnan. In 1995, it was found that the character was stable. When Dangshan lotus just opened its bud, it can be described as a perfect lotus valve, but the disadvantage is that the petal is thin, the flower arrow is not out of the shelf, and the petal is elongated and copied a few days later.

The new bud is full, the bud color is purplish red, the seedling is white-red, the seedling is round and thick, the plant type is strong, the leaf is 40 ~ 70 cm long and 1 ~ 1.2 cm wide, it is a typical broad-leaf lotus petal, the leaf posture is free and easy and elegant, the leaf is thick, firm and flexible, the leaf tip twists and hangs, the leaf vein is hard, 7-8 leaves, the leaf sheath is compact, and has the general characteristics of lotus type. The leaf surface with obvious signs of dehydration is also the biggest characteristic that distinguishes this variety from other varieties. The buds of Dangshan lotus are full and round, and they are like warheads when arranging bells. There are 2 to 3 flowers in one flower, pink and white, beautiful and generous, with bright spots; the main and side petals are round and wide, and the outer three petals are the most positive check petals, with a proper structure, pink and white background, with seven or eight purple veins, light yellow veins, moderate proportion of outer petals and angled roots. The petal is held by a large clam shell, tightly closed, without opening the skylight, coupled with a large round tongue with red spots, which makes the middle palace of the whole flower extremely compact and natural. This product is healthy and easy to plant, more disease-resistant, and the seedling rate is higher. If it is properly cultivated, the seedling rate is about 100%, and the flowering rate is also high.
