Last Updated: 2024/11/06, This is what we often call "precious stone flower". Look at the picture of it. Does it look like a gem? Although it is a succulent plant, it is mainly viewed for its fleshy leaves. However, it can also flower, and its flowers are also very beautiful. Every June to July, it is its flowering. Want to see its flowers? If you want, you can raise one yourself. Moisture is an important aspect of its conservation. So, how do you do that?

1. The water demand of this plant

Generally speaking, it likes a dry environment. Of course, it does not mean that it does not need water at all, this is unrealistic, it has a certain need for water in a specific period of time, mainly when it is growing vigorously. One thing to pay special attention to is that it is particularly afraid of waterlogging, so when watering, do not water too much.

2. Specific methods

(1) in the early spring, because it is in a semi-dormant state at this time, watering should be strictly controlled to keep the basin soil in a dry state. With the gradual increase in temperature, the plant also slowly began to grow, at this time can be a little more water, but not too wet.

(2) in summer, because the temperature is relatively high, the growth rate will slow down, so we should pay attention to water control, otherwise high humidity and high temperature can easily cause its roots to rot.

(3) normal watering can be resumed at the beginning of autumn, but in the late autumn, when the temperature turns cool, watering will gradually decrease.

(4) in winter, the temperature is even lower, and water should also be strictly controlled at this time. However, if you put it in a place with a higher indoor temperature, about ten degrees Celsius, then you can pour some water properly, but not too much.

3. Points for attention

The main results are as follows: (1) when the plant is just planted, don't get water for the time being. Put it in a cool place, wait until two to three days later, you can slightly water, but the overall soil is still dry.

(2) watering it should follow the principle of waiting until the soil is dry before continuing to supply water, which should never be excessive at any time.
