Narcissus cymbidium in Ningbo

This variety of Chunlan was selected by Li Zhaohua from Ningbo, Zhejiang Province in 1986, and it is also a famous product of Chunlan. The leaf posture is slightly drooping, the flower bract shell is brown and purple, the daffodil petal, the outer three petals are close to the root, and the soft silkworm moth stick is green in color, with a sense of transparency. The whole flower is delicate and exquisite, like butterflies dancing, and like bluebird play spring. This flower does not have high requirements for vernalization, and it can bloom even if vernalization is not good.

In the spring of 1986, Mr. Li Zhaohua of Ningbo dug it in the mountains at the junction of Ninghai and Xinchang, named "Ningbo Narcissus" and won many awards in the Orchid Exhibition. In 1996, Mr. Jin Dingxian in Shaoxing bought the flower. Mr. Jin Dingxian asked Mr. Li Zhaohua where he came down the mountain. Mr. Li Zhaohua said that it was dug up by the "state-run mountain". (at that time, the local mountain people called the collective mountain of the production team "the state-run mountain".) Due to the dialect differences between Ningbo and Shaoxing, Mr. Jin Dingxian heard the "state-run mountain" as "Guanyinshan" and called this flower "Guanyinmei", which is actually two of the same species. The flower shape is extra-large, tender green, the outer three petals are in the corner, the soft pocket is full of heart, as big as the tongue.
