The wheat harvest has been advanced from southwest to north to the north of Henan and southern Shandong. The whole country has harvested 4.5% of winter wheat, and the northern winter wheat is in the most exciting part of the harvest. From June 5 to 8, the weather in most of the northern wheat harvest areas was fine and favorable for winter wheat ripening and drying, while the hydrothermal conditions in most of the northwest and North China winter wheat regions were suitable for winter wheat filling. It is expected that the fine weather will be dominant in the northern winter wheat area from June 10 to 12, which is beneficial to the grain filling and ripening of winter wheat.

I. Progress of summer harvest and summer seed

Progress of summer harvest: at present, the wheat harvest has been advanced from southwest to north to northern Henan and southern Shandong. As of June 8, 4.5% of the country's winter wheat had been harvested. Among them, 70 percent of winter wheat has been harvested in Henan, 80 percent in Anhui, 40 percent in Jiangsu, 30 percent in Shaanxi, nearly 20 percent in Shandong, and less than 10 percent in Hebei. Southern and western Xinjiang has begun to harvest. The harvest is not yet ripe in the northeast of Huang-Huai, most of North China and most of the northwest.

It is expected that from June 10 to 12, winter wheat in northern Xinjiang, Longzhong of Gansu and southern Ningxia will still be in the heading and filling stage, while winter wheat in southern Xinjiang, Longdong of Gansu, southern Shaanxi, northern Hebei, most of Beijing and Tianjin, central Shanxi and Shandong Peninsula will be in the milk stage. Winter wheat is in the mature harvest period in Guanzhong, Shaanxi, Longnan, Gansu, south-central Hebei, southern Shanxi, most of Shandong, northwest Henan, northern Jiangsu and northeastern Anhui.

Progress of summer planting: as of June 8, 40% of first-season rice has been transplanted in Anhui, less than 10% in Jiangsu, and 30% of rice has been sown in Shanghai. Less than 10% of summer corn is sown in Shandong. Most of the summer seeds in southwest China and Jianghan have been basically completed.

Second, the influence of the weather on the summer harvest from 5 to 8 June

The weather in the northern wheat harvest area is fine and the wheat harvest is progressing smoothly. From June 5 to 8, fine weather was dominant in most of Huang-Huai, the southeast of northwest region and the north of Jianghuai region, which was conducive to the mechanization of summer harvest and the progress of wheat harvest was smooth and accelerated.

Most of the winter wheat regions in Northwest and North China are suitable for light, temperature and water, which is beneficial to wheat filling. From June 5 to 8, most of the winter wheat regions in Northwest and North China were dominated by sunny or intermittent rainfall, with suitable light and temperature, and good soil moisture, in which light rain appeared in the north and west of North China and northeastern Shandong. The rainfall in some areas is 5: 10 mm and 10: 20 mm locally, which is beneficial to soil moisture increase and winter wheat filling.

In most summer planting areas, the weather is fine and the soil moisture is suitable, which is beneficial to summer planting. From June 5 to 8, sunny weather is dominant in the south of Huang-Huai and Jianghuai summer planting areas, and the soil moisture is suitable in most areas, which is beneficial to summer corn sowing and rice planting.

March. Forecast of summer harvest and summer seed weather from 10 to 12 June

The northern wheat harvest area is dominated by sunny weather, which is conducive to the ripening and drying of winter wheat. It is expected that from June 10 to 12, the north of Huang-Huai, the northeast of Jianghuai, the southeast of the northwest and the south of North China will mainly have sunny weather, which is suitable for wheat harvest. On the 10th, there will be moderate rain in southeastern Hebei and northern Shandong, which will have a slight impact on the harvest of mature wheat.

Soil moisture in most of North China and Northwest China is suitable, which is beneficial to winter wheat grain filling. It is expected that on June 10-12, most of North China, the northeast of Huang-Huai and the northwest are suitable for soil moisture, which is conducive to winter wheat filling. From October to 11th, there will be severe convective weather dominated by wind and hail in eastern North China, Shandong, southern and eastern Gansu, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, which may cause local winter wheat to fall, which is not conducive to grain filling maturity and late harvest of winter wheat.

Most of the soil moisture in summer planting area is better, which is beneficial to the development of summer planting. It is expected that from June 10 to 12, there will be sunny and fine weather in the southern part of North China, most of Huang-Huai and Jianghuai summer planting areas, and most of the soil moisture is suitable, which is conducive to the sowing and emergence of summer corn and the planting of one-season rice.

It is expected that the fine weather will continue to be fine in North China, Huang-Huai and Northwest China from June 13 to 14, which is beneficial to the grain filling, ripening and harvest of winter wheat.

IV. Suggestions on Agricultural production

Wheat harvest areas in southern North China, most of Huang-Huai, and northeast of Jianghuai should seize the fine weather, rush to harvest and dry wheat, and pay attention to guard against the adverse effects of strong convective weather such as strong winds and hail.

Summer corn and other crops should be sown in the south of North China and most of Huang-Huai, and the plots lacking soil moisture should pay attention to sowing or irrigating in time after sowing, so as to strive for sowing the whole seedling. Jianghuai should make use of fine weather to speed up the transplanting of one-season rice.
