A very creative potted combination vase is made into a glass vase using three old wine bottles after manual cutting and removing the bottom, and a bracket made of copper tube is used to combine the vase into a creative potted vertical vase.

Production materials:

0.6cm thick copper pipe, old wine bottle, cork, glass knife, wire cutters, rechargeable drill, gravel paper (80,100or 120mesh), protective goggles and gloves, self-made simple wooden wine bottle cutter, knife, tea candle, bucket, rag, remove adhesive from paper label, fixing clip.

Production steps:

Step 1: scrape off most of the label paper on the wine bottle with a knife, apply the adhesive on the label of the old wine bottle, soak for 5 minutes, then wipe off the rest of the label with a dishcloth.

Step 2: locate the position that needs to be cut on the self-made wooden bottle cutter, place the bottle on the cutter, and use a glass knife to scratch the surface around the bottle while rotating. Do not squeeze the bottle and the glass knife too tightly when rotating, so that the cutting marks are as consistent as possible.

Step 3: heat the scratched part of the bottle on the lit tea candle and heat the edges constantly.

Step 4: put the heated wine bottle vertically into the cold water and let the cold water evenly balance the cooling scratches.

Step 5: take out the bottle, heat the hot water along the line, put the bottle in the sink, and make sure the bottle is heated evenly.

Step 6: grind the edges with 80, 100, or 120 gravel paper.

Step 7: use a fixed clamp to hold the cork and drill a round hole in the center of the cork.

Step 8: try, the copper tube can pass through the cork, and the cork can be stuffed into the mouth of the wine bottle.

Step 9: use a ring that is bent at one end of the copper tube.

Step 10: because the cut glass vase is fragile, it is recommended to use an intact bottle to bend the copper tube and spirally wind the copper tube from the bottle strength, which can be used as a bracket to lift the vase.

Step 11: insert the cut vase and adjust the placement angle.

Step 12: insert a cork and drainage copper pipe into the bottom of the vase, and place a glass bottle on the ground to hold stagnant water, thus completing the creative pot combination of wine bottles.

In particular, I would like to remind you that as the production process of this handicraft is complex, please take ensuring your own safety as the first principle to avoid cuts and scratches.
