The 5th Shandong Flower Expo Orchid Special Exhibition

Invite and write to all Orchid Association organizations: dear Lan Friends,

The Fifth Shandong Flower Expo (hereinafter referred to as "the Fifth Expo"), sponsored by the people's Government of Shandong Province, will be held at Tengzhou Convention and Exhibition Center in Zaozhuang from September 28 to October 8, 2012. The "Fifth Expo" is a flower event with the largest scale, the largest scale, the richest display content, the largest number of exhibitors and the most far-reaching influence in the province. Entrusted by the organizing committee of the "five Expo", Shandong Orchid Association is in charge of the "five Expo" orchid special exhibition. According to the requirements of the Organizing Committee, combined with the reality of the "five Expo", in order to successfully complete the task of the "five Expo" orchid special exhibition, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the scope of exhibition. Welcome orchid friends at home and abroad to participate in the exhibition, exchange and guidance (no booth fee). For every 25 pieces of qualified exhibits provided by the Orchid Association in the province and Lanyou (including business households in other provinces and cities), one person will be uniformly arranged for accommodation; for every 20 qualified exhibits provided by Lanyou in other provinces and cities, one person will be uniformly arranged for accommodation.

Second, the requirements of exhibits. Exhibits need to grow strong, Ye Yipin needs two conjoined plants, not less than five leaves; floral products need to bring flowers, no art without flowers, especially luxuriant growth as qualified exhibits, but do not award.

Third, the task of participating in the exhibition. The "five Expo" Orchid Special Exhibition is based on the principle of "far, far and little" in the collection of exhibits, and the time of the exhibition is based on the principle of far, short and long. The reference number of various orchid associations in the province is as follows:

Qingdao and Qingzhou Orchid Association each have 80-100 pots, Jinan Railway Bureau, Yantai, Linyi, Taian, Laiwu, Zibo Orchid Association, Zibo Orchid Society and Zaozhuang Orchid Association each participated in the exhibition. Weihai, Weishan County Orchid Association preparation Group, Laiyang City, Linqu County, Boshan District Orchid Association, Changqing District Agricultural Research Institute, Qilulanyuan, Rizhao Yasengguolan Co., Ltd. each participated in the exhibition.

4. there are two special prizes for orchids in the "five Expo" orchid special exhibition, each with cash of 1000 yuan, 10 gold awards, 500 yuan in cash, 20 silver awards, 300 yuan in cash, 30 bronze awards, 100 yuan in cash for each prize, and 3 organization awards and 3 new achievement awards, each with 500 yuan in cash.

Fifth, several requirements: 1, in view of the fact that the exhibition period is in blossom and off-season, I hope all orchid associations and orchid friends will do a good job in preparing for the exhibition. 2. Exhibitors will report for the exhibition on September 27, and the exhibition can be withdrawn after the National Day of Lanyou in other provinces and cities; in principle, the exhibitors in the province will withdraw the exhibition until October 8. 3. For those who cannot provide the exhibits as required or withdraw the exhibits at the prescribed time, all expenses shall be paid at their own expense.
