At the 22nd Yangling Agricultural High-tech achievements Expo held a few days ago, "Yangling Agricultural Cloud" was officially unveiled.

In this "Internet + Agriculture" map, there will be a huge amount of agricultural big data, including land data, production data, data on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, forming a complete and recyclable data ecosystem. These big data will bring broad imagination space to the future agricultural development, and greatly stimulate the upsurge of application innovation and entrepreneurship around agriculture and rural areas.

Agricultural modernization is the process of networking the mode of agricultural production, management and operation.

The "Yangling Agricultural Cloud" produced by "Internet + Agriculture" is jointly created by the Yangling demonstration Zone Management Committee and China Digital. The bottom of its technical organization is the Agricultural big data Center. It includes agricultural land ownership data, agricultural land transaction data, agricultural material data, agricultural technology data and huge amounts of data generated in the process of agricultural production.

Digital China chose the confirmation of land rights as a breakthrough, not only because Cinda, the middle farmer under Digital China, prospectively started the rural informatization work and occupied the largest market share of the land rights determination pilot project, but also because of the importance of land rights determination itself.

The determination of land rights refers to the confirmation of farmers' contracted land by means of scientific surveying and mapping, so that farmers' contracted management rights can be standardized and effectively guaranteed. In 2013, the No. 1 document of the Central Committee was officially issued, requiring that it would take five years to basically complete the registration and certification of rural land contractual management rights. With these basic data of agricultural big data, more land transfer transactions can be promoted efficiently and safely.

The story of Dong Bingkun, a big grain grower in Pingxiang County, Hebei Province, is a good example. Dong Bingkun, a former village head, has great feelings for the countryside. Seeing that the villagers are going out to work and are unwilling to farm the land, he is determined to stay in the village and insist on farming.

However, due to the influence of the weather and market, as well as the scale of the contracted land, he did not make much profit from farming. On the contrary, he lost hundreds of thousands of his family's savings. In 2014, Pingxiang County established a rural property rights transfer and trading center. Here, farmers can rest assured and boldly lease the land.

"in the past, when contracting other people's land, we had to talk about it door to door every year. In more than three months, we could contract more than 20 houses of land, and sometimes we even missed the sowing season." Through the rural property rights transfer transaction center, with the help of the existing land rights data, Dong Bingkun quickly transferred to 1860 mu of arable land, and economies of scale began to appear.

Not only that, in the land transfer center, online and offline transaction data will continue to precipitate, becoming the basis of agricultural big data. In the future, on the basis of the accumulation of land data, there will be historical planting data and hydrological information of this land, which will provide scientific data basis for scientific planting and food traceability.

When the crops are planted in the field, how about water and fertilizer? How are the diseases and pests? How to manage it well? Beijing Qishuo Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhou Information, is the first to carry out research and development and large-scale application of the agricultural Internet of things in China. Their "Agricultural Communications" can be used by wireless means to monitor the growth of crops thousands of miles away in real time and send back relevant data.

"Agricultural modernization is not only a transformation from traditional farming to mechanized planting, but also a process of Internet-based agricultural production, management and operation. If we want to realize the combination of agricultural modernization, Internet, big data and traditional agricultural production mode, the most important thing is to improve agricultural production efficiency and realize precision agriculture. The establishment of a nationwide agricultural big data platform can create conditions for precision agriculture and benefit agriculture. " Guo Wei, chairman of the board of directors of China Digital Holdings Co., Ltd., said.

Online shopping

There will be someone offline to send the goods home.

In recent years, as young and middle-aged farmers go to work in cities, the phenomenon of hollowing out in rural areas is becoming more and more serious, and most of the rest are women, children and the elderly. Digital China pays attention not only to the major events of agricultural production, but also to the details of farmers' lives.

Uncle Wang, who lives in the small Nanjing Village of Jinzhai County, Anhui Province, got up early in the morning and took his granddaughter to the village-level service station of the e-commerce public service center of Jinzhai County, which had just opened. The goods displayed in such a large service station are dazzling and affordable: red wine "original price 99 yuan, current price 49 yuan", original parsley oil "original price 99 yuan, current price 39 yuan" …... Uncle Wang couldn't help buying a lot more, especially the original coriander oil, one case at a time. Just when Uncle Wang was worried about how to bring these items home, the staff of the village service station told him that as long as he easily scanned the QR code on the product, he could shop online, and there were special staff offline to help send the goods home. I no longer have to carry the left and the right.

According to statistics, there were nearly 100 online transactions on the opening day of the village-level service station in Nanjing, and villagers showed great interest in this shopping mode of online trading and offline intimate service.

According to reports, Shenzhou Trading has set up "Shenmai help stations" in more than 60 counties and 3200 villages in 18 provinces across the country, and has established contacts with 500000 families, which can realize the transformation of agricultural products to agricultural commodities, agricultural commodities to online goods, and realize the traceability of the whole process of agricultural special products of origin under the item of food safety "from field to table". Relying on the service model of rural e-commerce, Shenzhou Trading has undertaken the implementation and operation of e-commerce in rich counties of Heilongjiang Province as a whole.

Virtual team link

"people" and "things" in rural areas

The future of agriculture depends on the "new farmers". "Village Music", an integrated service provider of agriculture, rural areas and farmers O2O, which focuses on the rural market, sets up a virtual team of "new farmers" all over the country through the Internet. Today's village music has 300000 webmasters and 10 million members, which is the largest social platform for farmers in China.

Village music in each village to set up a website home page, gather the village "people", and then through these "people" to achieve O2O e-commerce and village music media task crowdsourcing. The needs of the countryside are in all aspects, and the village music gives full play to the characteristics of "people in the village" and realizes the docking of "people" and "things". For example, through the crowdsourcing model, recruiting workers for major factories has been warmly welcomed. In the future, Village Music will become the entrance and important marketing platform for consumers in China's digital agricultural industry chain.

Guo Wei said that according to the strategic cooperation agreement signed between China Digital and the Yangling demonstration Zone Management Committee, efforts will be made to build "Yangling Agricultural Cloud" with "one center and four platforms" with China Yangling Agricultural big data Center, agricultural demonstration and extension platform, agricultural e-commerce extension platform, agricultural product safety certification traceability platform, and rural land rights confirmation platform as the core. In the future, on the basis of building Yangling agricultural cloud, we will apply for the establishment of the country's first farmers' Internet bank to provide information services, science and technology services, commodity circulation services, financial services, and agricultural product quality and safety services for the country's modern agricultural construction, and accelerate the pace of modern agricultural demonstration and promotion, e-commerce industry development, and agricultural product safety certification.

"We will cooperate with the demonstration zone to explore jointly and combine integration and innovation with 'Internet +' to make it a catalyst for the establishment of a long-term mechanism for agricultural development." Guo Wei said.
