Hyacinth blossoms very beautiful, many potted friends as a family potted cultivation, not only can watch, but also can make the space full of romantic flavor. In addition to traditional soil culture, hyacinth can also be cultured in hydroponics. I believe you already know more about how to cultivate hyacinth, so what about it?

First of all, we need to understand the environmental temperature requirements of hydroponic hyacinth, which can be maintained at an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 21 °C. But in winter, it is recommended to keep the ambient temperature between 2 °C and 10 °C, because if the ambient temperature is lower, the plant may be frozen.

But the ambient temperature is too high, if the temperature is too high, hyacinth can not differentiate flower buds, but also prone to arrows, thus reducing the ornamental nature of hydroponic hyacinth potted plants. Therefore, for all hydroponic hyacinth, it is very important to provide them with a suitable ambient temperature, neither too low nor too high.

Next, we need to talk about the light requirements of hydroponic hyacinth. Ensuring adequate light in the conservation environment is also very important for the growth of hyacinth, especially in the case of low light intensity, it should be allowed to receive more light, providing at least 2-3 hours of light every day.

In general, when you need to provide light to hyacinth, put it in the outdoor environment in time, let it fully accept the sun, and then put it back indoors for maintenance. However, the lighting time should not be too long, especially when the light intensity is too large, we should consider controlling the light. Especially in summer, when the plants are exposed to the hot sun, the water temperature will rise sharply, which can easily lead to the yellowing of the leaves of the plants.

In addition, water cultivation hyacinth is naturally inseparable from water, and it also has certain requirements for water quality, at least the water quality is clear and transparent. This is not only more conducive to plant growth, but also convenient for us to observe the state of its root system. It is also necessary to change the water regularly, and it is generally recommended to change the water once a week. If the nutrient solution is dripped into the clear water, you can keep changing the water every half a month, so that the plant can fully absorb the nutrients.

At the same time, when we change water for hyacinth, we should also pay attention to that the water level should not be too high to avoid submerging all the roots of the plant under the water surface. It is generally appropriate to keep the water level below the hyacinth chassis about 1-2 centimeters. In this way, the roots of hyacinth can breathe better from the air, after all, the oxygen content in the water is very limited. After the chassis of the plant is completely submerged in the water, it is often easy to inhibit its respiration.

Of course, the nutrients in the water are limited after all, and hyacinth needs to be supported by sufficient nutrients in order to grow and blossom. Therefore, we need to fertilize it properly, usually replenish the nutrient solution once every 7-10 days, but to control the dosage, we can drop 1-2 drops at a time. And generally, it is better to add the nutrient solution just after changing the water, so that the nutrient solution can stay in the water for longer and the plant can have more time to absorb it.
