Third, the modern institute management system innovates first, establishes rules and regulations, and classifies management, providing scientific and powerful system guarantee; fourth, the refined performance appraisal target is clear, the classified appraisal index is scientific, reasonable, concrete and feasible, the system implementation is standardized and powerful, and the attitude of administrative personnel to serve scientific research wholeheartedly is worth learning. Fifthly, the reform of the employment mechanism and the idea of talent introduction are worth learning from. A new mechanism for attracting talents has been explored and established.
