Variety selection

The varieties of black bean seedlings should choose the varieties with fast sprouting, short growth cycle, uniform seedling thickness, strong disease resistance and good palatability. at present, the commonly used varieties are cattle-driving black bean and top black, and it is best to use the black bean harvested in the same year.

Seed treatment

Before planting black bean seedlings, the seeds are first selected by air and bleached with water, and the seeds damaged by mechanical rolling and moth-eaten, moldy and too small are removed. When floating in water, they should be scrubbed repeatedly with their hands, and the impurities and inferior beans should be picked up repeatedly, and then the black beans are fished into a bamboo sieve to control the moisture.

Soak seeds in warm soup

Pour the controlled black beans into 55 ℃ warm water and soak the seeds in warm soup. Keep stirring quickly in one direction. The amount of water used to soak the seeds is twice the amount of dry seeds. Add appropriate amount of cold water when stirring for about 15 minutes and soak when the temperature is reduced to 25 ℃. At the same time, add one (2 ml) rootless bean sprouting, stir evenly, soak the seeds for 24 hours, at this time the black beans have absorbed enough water, rinse with clean water for 2 times, pour into the bamboo sieve to control the moisture, let it stand for 3 minutes, ready to sprout.

Disinfection and budding

Spread a layer of toilet paper on the bottom of the sterilized foam box, spray it with 25: 30 ℃ warm water, spread black beans evenly in the box, let beans close to beans in the bottom of the box, each box with dried beans 350g, spread with 20 ℃ warm water spray, spray water with no dripping water in the foam box, do not store water, so as to avoid seed rot. Then a stack of 6 plates is carried out to promote sprouting.

Seedling stage management

1. Black bean seedlings usually reach 3cm in about 30 hours. Put the foam box on the bracket or on the ground, take a rootless bean sproutin (2ml) and water 1kg, spray the sprouts to reduce the production of lateral roots and root hairs, and increase the cotyledon area.

2. When the black bean seedling is 8-9 cm high, take a thickening agent (2 ml) and mix it with water 1-1.5 kg, spray the bud seedling to restrain the true leaf elongation, make the stem thicker and become brittle and tender, reduce the fiber content and make the bean flap fat, bright green and glossy, and the merchandise is improved.

3. Black bean seedlings are sprayed 2 times 4 times a day in the whole production process. If the temperature is high and humidity is small, then spray less, spray less in the early growth stage, grow rapidly in the later stage, and need more water.

4. The moldy seeds should be removed in time in the production of black bean seedlings, so as not to cause the disease center and infect the surrounding bean seeds. When the foam box is reused, it should be thoroughly sterilized with rotten fungus and exposed to the sun for 3-4 hours.
