Straw mushroom, also known as orchid mushroom, bract mushroom, Chinese mushroom and so on, gets its name because it often grows in wet and rotten straw. It is the third largest cultivated edible fungus in the world. 300 years ago, China began artificial cultivation. In the 1930s, it was introduced from overseas Chinese to all countries in the world. The output of straw mushroom in China ranks first in the world. Let's take a look at the strain price and planting method of straw mushroom.

The price of straw mushroom strain

The price of volvariella volvacea varies according to its variety and quality, for example, a straw mushroom whose weight is 475 grams and can be sown in a bag with an area of 1.5 square meters is about 40.5 yuan. Straw mushroom originated in Nanhua Temple in Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, with rich nutrition, delicious taste, fat, thick meat, short handle, smooth and smooth, so it is known as orchid mushroom and delicious foot mushroom, which is mainly produced in Guangdong and Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Taiwan and other places.

Planting conditions of volvariella volvacea

1. Temperature: volvariella volvacea is a high-temperature fungus, the growth and development temperature is 10-44 ℃, the temperature requirements for different growth and development stages are different, the germination temperature of basidiospore is 30-40 ℃, the mycelium can grow at 10-44 ℃, and the optimum temperature for fruiting body development is 28-32 ℃.

2. Moisture: straw mushroom is suitable to grow under the condition of high humidity, the water content of culture material is about 70%, and the air relative humidity is 90% to 95%. When the air humidity is less than 80%, the fruiting body grows slowly, the surface is rough and dull, and when the air humidity is higher than 96%, the mushroom body is prone to necrosis and disease.

3. Illumination: the vegetative growth stage of volvariella volvacea does not require strict light, and it can grow normally under the condition of no light, and light induction is needed to produce fruiting body in the reproductive growth stage. But avoid strong light, suitable for lighting 50~100lx, the color of the fruiting body is related to the intensity of light.

4. Nutrients: glucose, fructose, sucrose, peptone, asparagine and glutamine are all good carbon and nitrogen sources of volvariella volvacea, while rice straw, waste cotton and bagasse are the main materials for cultivating straw mushroom.

5. Ph value: the pH of volvariella volvacea was between 4 and 10.3, and the germination rate of basidiospores was the highest in pH7.5, and in the mycelium and fruiting body stage, pH4.7~6.5 and 8 were suitable.

Formula of straw mushroom culture material

1. Waste cotton 69% 79%, rice straw 10%, wheat husk 5% 15%, lime 6% 8% pH8%, water content 68% 70%

2. 100 kg of cotton waste, 12.5 kg of rice straw powder, 25 kg of wheat bran, 12.5 kg of dried cow dung, 2.5 kg of calcium superphosphate, 2.5 kg of calcium carbonate, and 65% of water content.

3. Bagasse 100 kg, wheat bran 15-20 kg, lime 3 kg, water content 60%.

4. 100 kg of straw, 30 kg of straw powder, 15 kg of dried cow dung, 1 kg of gypsum powder and 60% of water content.

Planting methods of volvariella volvacea

1. The suitable time for cultivation: early sowing of volvariella volvacea is not conducive to growth because of low temperature, and too late sowing affects the production of vegetables in autumn and winter. After the production of vegetables in winter and spring is over, the garden can be cleared, disinfected in greenhouse and fumigated with sulfur. At the same time, the soil was treated with dichlorvos or trichlorfon.

2, nourishment treatment: straw mushroom cultivation materials should be fresh, dry and mildew-free, expose to the sun for 2 to 3 days before use, then mix well according to 100 kg of wheat bran and 10 kg of lime and put into the pool, the upper part should be covered strictly with plastic film. After 24 hours and 36 hours of full soaking, fish out.

3. Cultivation methods

①: the cultivation border of volvariella volvacea is north-south, with a width of 1 meter, and its length depends on the width of the shed. The depth of the border is 8-10 cm, and the distance between the border is 30-50 cm. The soil dug the border is temporarily placed on the ridge.

② paving material: the soaked culture material is laid into the shape of tortoise back in the border, or wavy shape, with a ridge thickness of 15 cm, a thickness of 5 cm on both sides, and a material of 15 kg / m2.

③ sowing: break the cultured bacteria into 1 cm square pieces, use hole sowing method, hole spacing 8 cm 10 cm, evenly sow the bacteria into 1 cm deep material, each hole sow 10 grams of bacteria, and then cover the soil on the ridge on the culture material.

④ cover soil: do not use clay and sand, do not be too dry and too wet, cover soil thickness is 1 cm thicker than material ridge, material ditch thickness 3-5 cm, then use 2 cm diameter sterilized wooden stick to ventilate, eye distance 10 cm, hole depth to open material is appropriate.

4. Cultivation and management

① temperature: 1-2 days after sowing, the material temperature was kept at 35-38 ℃ by removing the film, and the air temperature in the shed was kept at about 35 ℃.

② humidity: 3-4 days after sowing, the mycelium is basically full, because the air in the ventilation shed is insufficient, 2% lime water can be sprayed once.

③ ventilation: 15-20 minutes at noon every day during mycelial growth and 2-3 times per day during fruiting body growth, 20 minutes each time.

④ light: volvariella volvacea can grow normally under no light conditions, the shed should be covered with grass, and the light should be scattered light.

⑤ pests: the main pests are mites, mushroom flies and golden needle worms, which can be sprayed with 800-1000 times of 80% dichlorvos EC.

5. Timely harvest: straw mushrooms are generally oval in the shape of a slightly pointed pagoda at the top, the mushroom body is full and smooth, the hands become soft, the color changes from dark to light, the capsule is not broken, and the cap and stalk are not protruding.
