Coriander is a commonly used flavor vegetable in our life, which is favored by consumers. with the development of planting industry, many vegetables are planted through the greenhouse, and the profit of growing parsley in greenhouse is higher. So how to grow cilantro in greenhouse to make it grow better? Let's take a look at the techniques for growing parsley in the greenhouse.

1. Soil preparation and fertilization

Before planting, it is necessary to fertilize the land, select sandy loam soil with loose and fertile soil and good drainage, combined with ploughing, apply 3000 kilograms of rotten manure per mu as base fertilizer, and then make a 2-meter-wide bed. How the soil is too dry, should be watered and kept moist. After raking and leveling the soil, wait for sowing.

2. Select improved varieties

Cilantro in greenhouse generally chooses varieties with fast growth, heat tolerance, disease resistance and adaptability, and parsley can be divided into large-leaf and small-leaf varieties, although the yield of leaflet varieties is not as good as large-leaf varieties, but its fragrance is rich, and cold tolerance and adaptability are strong, so leaflet varieties are generally chosen.

3. Accelerating germination and sowing

Coriander likes to be cold and cool, and it is suitable to grow at a temperature of 15-20 degrees, so the sowing time is generally from August to April. In order to improve the germination rate and make the seedling emergence neatly before sowing, the germination treatment should be carried out first. First of all, put the seeds in warm water of about 50 degrees, constantly stir and soak for 15-20 minutes, wait for the water temperature to drop, continue to soak the seeds for 18-20 hours, accelerate germination in the greenhouse environment, soak every 2-3 days, generally 10 days later, the seeds can be sowed. Sowing can be strip sowing or sowing, generally sowing 2 kilograms per mu, after sowing, cover a layer of straw on the ground, and often spray water to keep moist, and when the emergence of rice straw should be removed in time, and do a good job of seedlings, make up seedlings.

4. Field management

Parsley likes cold and cool, but is afraid of high temperature and strong light, so it is necessary to consider building a covering shading net when planting, which is beneficial to the growth of parsley and increase the yield. It can be combined with loosening the soil at the seedling stage to remove the weeds in the field so as not to seize nutrients, keep the soil dry and wet in the growing period, water as little as possible in the seedling stage, and supply sufficient fertilizer and water in the vigorous growth to make it grow rapidly. fertilization is mainly urea and nitrogen and potassium fertilizer, topdressing 10-15 kg per mu, which can be carried out with watering.

5. Harvest

Planting coriander in greenhouse should be harvested in time after reaching the harvest standard because of its rapid growth, so as to avoid bolting. Generally, coriander can be harvested when it grows to 25cm. To grasp the time of harvest, it is best to harvest in the early morning and afternoon, which is helpful to improve the value of the goods.
