According to a report by the Shanghai Securities News on December 1, the soil Ten articles, that is, the Action Plan for soil Environmental Protection and pollution Control, was jointly formulated by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture and other ministries. It has also been listed as one of the key tasks of the Ministry of Environmental Protection this year.
As an important plan for soil management and comprehensive prevention and control, the "soil Ten articles" will formulate a specific "timetable" for the treatment of soil pollution in China. In general, soil pollution will be divided into agricultural land and construction land, classified for regulatory treatment and protection, and strive to curb soil deterioration by 2020. At the same time, the state will also brew a series of incentive policies and gradually open the field of soil pollution prevention and control to social capital.
Zhang Yi, director of the Shanghai Environmental Sanitation Engineering Design Institute, analyzed that the market size this year alone has exceeded 20 billion yuan, while next year it is likely to exceed 30 billion yuan. In the future, the scale of China's soil remediation market should reach 10 trillion. Gao Shengda, secretary-general of the China Environmental Restoration Industry Alliance, predicts that the market will grow by at least 30% to 50% after the introduction of the Ten articles.
At present, 80% to 90% of the market share of soil remediation is occupied by several leading enterprises, while there are about 2000 enterprises competing for this market, so it is common for small and medium-sized enterprises to be unable to finish their bidding at low prices.
