Cabbage is actually cabbage, kale, also known as rugby, rugby vegetables. Cabbages should be rolled up if they want to have a high yield and good quality. At the same time, there is an inseparable relationship between cabbage growth and fertilization, so do you know how to fertilize cabbage? Do you know how to fertilize your cabbage will grow better? If you are interested, let's take a look at the following introduction to the fertilization technology of cabbage.

1. Base fertilizer

Base fertilizer is generally combined with soil preparation, it is mainly to improve the structure of the soil, improve soil fertility, let the planted crops adapt to the planting environment more quickly, and play an important role in improving the survival rate of planting. The basic fertilizer of cabbage is generally carried out in about 15 days of planting money, and each mu needs to apply 2,000 kg of dung and urine water, 25 kg of phosphate fertilizer, and about 100 kg of plant ash or soil fertilizer, which can be turned together with the soil and mixed evenly.

2. Seedling fertilizer

Seedling fertilizer is carried out when cabbage is still in the seedling stage, mainly to promote the growth of seedlings and improve the resistance of seedlings, in order to improve the survival rate of cabbage seedlings after transplanting. Fertilization at the seedling stage is generally irrigated with dung and urine water, or with water mixed with an appropriate amount of urea, but it should be noted that the concentration of fertilizer at the seedling stage should not be too large, mainly dilute fertilizer, so as not to burn seedlings.

3. Topdressing during the growing period

After the cabbage is planted and survived, it enters the growing period, and the fertilization during the growing period is also very critical. In general, we have to carry out growth fertilizer for many times, following the principle of applying thin fertilizer frequently. The growth fertilizer is mainly nitrogen fertilizer, which promotes the growth of cabbage plant, makes it enter the rosette stage as soon as possible, sets balls as soon as possible, shortens the growth cycle of cabbage and improves the conversion rate of nutrients. However, during the growth period of cabbage, we also need to apply about 15 jin of phosphate fertilizer, which is very helpful to improve the resistance of cabbage.

4. Topdressing at rosette stage

After the cabbage enters the rosette stage, we should ensure the quality of the lotus plate and promote the growth of the lotus plate, which is of great benefit to the late heading of cabbage. The topdressing in rosette stage is mainly urea, and the amount of topdressing per mu is about 20 jin. But at this stage, we need to apply about ten jin of potash fertilizer properly, which can promote the differentiation of flower buds and the formation of flower buds and flower balls.

5. Topdressing the flower ball

The topdressing of cabbage during the heading period is generally divided into three stages, namely, the early stage, the middle stage and the middle stage. In the initial stage of cabbage heading, about 30 jin of urea, 12 to 18 jin of potash fertilizer and 5 jin of phosphate fertilizer are needed per mu, which can promote the rapid expansion of the flower bulb and prevent the flower ball space. In the middle stage of cabbage heading, the topdressing amount of nitrogen fertilizer is 20 jin, potash fertilizer is 10 jin, and phosphate fertilizer is 3 jin, which can improve the yield and quality of flower heads. In the middle and later stage of cabbage, only appropriate foliar fertilizer is needed.

In the process of cabbage planting, fertilization is generally divided into these five stages, and the fertilization requirements of each stage are also different, so we need to follow the correct principles of fertilization, otherwise there is no effect to apply more fertilizer.
