III. Seed collection

After taking out the seed, rinse the seed, remove some impurities and eggplant edible tissue, then soak the seed in running water for an hour, scrub the seed in clean water and remove the mucus from the seed surface. Can drain and spray some fungicides to disinfect, sun for half a day before storage.

IV. Storage

After drying, the seeds should be stored in a clean glass bottle, which is sealed and impervious, so that the seeds can maintain their only water content, keep them dry and will not be exposed to moisture. If the seeds are not breathable, they will not be exposed to oxygen and will be able to stay dormant. And the glass bottle is hard, so the worms will not harm the seeds. Large quantities of seeds can be stored in thick plastic bags. But the placement environment needs to be closed.
