Crab-flavored mushroom, also known as jade mushroom, is a woody saprophytic fungus, which grows mainly in temperate regions and grows on trees in the wild in autumn. At present, the main cultivated varieties are gray species and white species, and white species are very popular. At first, the cultivated species were successfully cultivated in Japan, and then gradually popularized. Today's article is mainly about the detailed artificial cultivation methods of crab-flavored mushrooms to help friends who want to know.

1. Training site

The use of housing, warehouses and basements as training sites requires the characteristics of dryness, cleanliness, heat preservation and ventilation. Places with large temperature differences between day and night are not suitable for cultivation, such as plastic greenhouses. In order to keep warm during the period of mushroom production, generally speaking, thatched huts should be built in the south and cultivated in trench sheds in the north.

2. Make culture medium

Use sawdust, cottonseed hull, corn meal, wheat bran, calcium sulfate and lime together. The prepared culture materials should be boiled and sterilized and put into bottles. The bags should be stacked together and steamed with a steam machine. The loading should be consistent, not more or less. Close the lid quickly after bottling and fasten the mouth of the bag before filling it.

3. Inoculation

Inoculation should first check whether there are miscellaneous bacteria, after the bacteria grow full of bottles, the mycelium cross-section shows beige is a sign of maturity, and then can be vaccinated, vaccination must be carried out in a completely aseptic inoculation room, inoculation bottles should be disinfected, staff should wear clean overalls, hands should be wiped with alcohol, all tools should be sterilized many times, and the whole inoculation table must be disinfected.

4. Promoting growth

The mycelium grows most rapidly at 22 to 25 degrees Celsius, causing the temperature inside the mycelium bottle to exceed the outside world, so lower the temperature to 20 to 22 degrees Celsius. Growing rapidly produces a lot of carbon dioxide, so it is necessary to use heat exchange ventilation indoors to reduce indoor carbon dioxide content. Growth needs to be kept dark, otherwise it is easy to produce mushroom buds. After the full bottle of inoculation, it is cultivated for another two months, and the moisture content should be kept above 70%.

5. Growing mushrooms

The fruiting body can grow at 8 to 22 degrees, and a certain temperature difference can promote rapid growth. The most suitable temperature for growth is 12 to 18 degrees. Below 8 degrees, it is difficult to grow above 22 degrees. If the mushrooms grow at the top, they can grow slowly below 25 degrees. Low temperature is easy to grow strong feet, high temperature is easy to grow long feet. The humidity in the mushroom bud stage is more than 85%, and the humidity should be reduced in the later stage, which is easy to suffer from bitterness for a long time. It takes 7 to 10 hours of light in the middle of the mushroom bud, 15 hours of light in the later day, and turns on the lights at night.

The preparation for the cultivation of crab-flavored mushrooms is to select the site, make the culture medium, inoculate, and the most important thing is to produce mushrooms in the later stage. At this time, there will be some of their own requirements for temperature, humidity and light. If they do not meet the requirements, there will be some abnormal conditions.
