3. Unventilated storage

Bundle up the spinach that needs to be stored and put it upright in the ditch with the root down. Then sprinkle dry soil on the spinach and just cover the spinach. 4. Ordinary frozen storage

When harvesting, keep the root length around 1.6cm, clean up the soil, and then arrange the bundles. Put it in a cool place to dry the dew and lower the temperature of the vegetable. Wait until the weather is getting cold and frozen, the storage place should have a better degree of shade. Flatten the ground, and then dig a suitable storage ditch to keep the distance between the ditches at about 12 cm.
