Return home to start a business,"dare to fight", but also "can fight"
It is undeniable that after years of hard work, most migrant workers who have returned home have accumulated a certain amount of funds, learned the necessary skills, mastered some market information, and possessed the conditions for entrepreneurship, coupled with the enthusiasm and perseverance of the new generation of migrant workers. They are more adventurous and entrepreneurial than their parents, and they have a stronger demand for the realization of personal value. It is no longer their simple life goal to earn a salary to support their family. They are more likely to change their identity-from a "migrant worker" to an "entrepreneur", or even to drive a fellow villager to become rich. In particular, some examples of giving up high salaries after making some achievements abroad and resolutely returning to their hometown to start a business to repay their parents are really encouraging.
But we should also see that migrant workers returning home to start a business should not be too blind. Some entrepreneurs are eager to succeed and use their savings for decades to follow suit in setting up small processing plants, planting and breeding industries, opening shops, and so on. With the increase of entrepreneurs, the phenomenon of entrepreneurial homogenization has appeared, the market in some areas has been saturated, coupled with the limited knowledge and skills of migrant workers, the relative lack of ability to find and grasp opportunities, limited funds available for investment and other factors, greatly increased the cost and risk of entrepreneurship. In some places, the success rate of migrant workers returning to their hometown is relatively low, many migrant workers who return home encounter a dilemma after their initial passion, and some migrant workers simply lose all their money and even have a lot of debt. A careful study of the reasons is mainly due to the lack of rational thinking when starting a business, making decisions at will, blindly following the trend, excessive "looking up at the stars" and lack of down-to-earth work.
It is not easy to return to your hometown to start a business. for individual entrepreneurs, it is inevitable to "wrestle" just because they are passionate and irrational, and they have to "dare to fight" and "know how to fight" to win. Migrant workers must pay attention to the following aspects when returning home to start a business:
Don't aim too high. When you are lack of understanding and experience in the industry, do not enter a project that invests too much. A small investment can also become a big cause, and the advantage of a small investment is that the risk is small. Even if you fail and make a comeback, you should strive for progress in stability and develop step by step.
Don't aim high and have low skills. To avoid entering industries with large enterprises and large funds, novice entrepreneurs are often inexperienced, weak in anti-risk ability, and have no financial advantages. They should keep their feet on the ground and start from childhood, and do not have the problem of having high vision and low skill.
Don't be eager for quick success and quick profit. Don't just focus on short-term gains. A person who has no experience is unlikely to make a lot of gains in a short period of time. To really do things, even if you don't make money for the time being, you can go on calmly.
We must study modestly and think rationally. In the information age, there are many new things, and we must strengthen learning in order to grasp the initiative. To be able to learn from the experience of others at the same time, realize the key to entrepreneurial success. Rational thinking and modest learning are very important for starting a business.
For the relevant government departments, they should clearly grasp the entrepreneurial background of returning farmers, follow up service security measures, actively dredge their entrepreneurial psychology, create a favorable entrepreneurial environment, further shape their entrepreneurial spirit and enhance their entrepreneurial motivation. At the same time, it is also necessary to provide good hardware facilities for returning migrant workers, especially in rural areas where the basic conditions for entrepreneurship are already weak. Government departments should provide assistance in land use, transportation logistics system, financial credit system, supply and demand information, labor market and so on. On the basis of helping entrepreneurs to find a correct position and train their skills such as operation and management, government departments should take advantage of the situation and pave the way for them so that they can start their own businesses.
