According to the "Internet + Circulation" Action Plan of the Ministry of Commerce, in order to solidly carry out the work of rural business information services and promote the regular connection of online purchase and sale of agricultural products, the Ministry of Commerce issued the notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Commerce on doing a good job in the online docking meeting for the purchase and sale of agricultural products in summer and autumn 2015 (Commercial Office telegram [2015] No. 605). Through the organic combination with the distance education service system of the Organization Department in Longyang District, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, taking villages and towns as units, 93 villages were selected as the pilot villages of rural business information service in the whole area. adopt the mode of "township organizer + university student village official + industrial characteristic village" to carry out information collection and docking. Although this docking meeting has achieved remarkable results, there are still some problems: some provincial and municipal commerce departments do not pay enough attention to the development of rural business information services, and lack of overall planning. As a result, the online purchase and marketing of agricultural products has not been actually carried out locally; some provinces and cities have not found ways and methods to carry out this work, resulting in slow docking and failing to achieve the desired results. In addition, there are still some provinces and cities failed to report the summary of the docking meeting in time.
