1. Cabernet Sauvignon

6. Timpaniyou

Timpaniyou is native to northern Spain and means "precocious" etymologically. Lime clay on barren slopes is the best planting condition, which is different from other Spanish varieties and is suitable for cooler and mild climate. Tempaniyou is the most important variety in Rioja, mainly grown in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa in Upper Rioja, as well as in northern Spain, but not well-known in other countries. The quality of tempaniyou is not poor, lack of acidity is its common disadvantage, wine is sometimes mixed with other grape varieties.

7. Zinfandai

Zinfandel was introduced to California from Italy in the 19th century and is currently the largest variety planted there, mainly used to produce general table wine, semi-sweet liquor and even sparkling wine. However, if planted on cooler gravel slopes, low yield and longer pickling process can also produce high quality and durable red wine. It is rich in flower and fruit aromas, and there are often all kinds of spices after aging. 8. Nabioro

Nabioro is probably the best breed in Italy. There is a large planting area in Valrellina, Lombarby, Barolo, Barberesco and other D.O.C legal producing areas in Permont. The red wine produced by Nabioro has layered complex aromas (tea, rose, spicy and tarmac), robust tannin structure and deep aging potential. Nabioro needs the best growing environment, otherwise it will not be fully mature. The name Nebbiolo derives from the Italian meaning of "nebbia" for "fog". This reflects the characteristics of Nabio usually harvested at the end of the year (late maturity). It has been proved that Nabioro has not been able to grow and produce good red wine in other countries except in Italy.

9. Babilla

Babilla, once made into daily drinks in Piermont, northern Italy, is now the most widely cultivated grape variety after Saint-Zuvis. In the past two decades, Babilla has been one of the highest quality grape varieties, with the deacidification process and fermentation technology getting better and better. Today's red wines made from Babilla are more complex, full-bodied and with a fruit-red luster, with good aging value and potential, but all of the above are in the Permont region or southern Italy. Babilla, which is brewed elsewhere, is mundane and highly acidic, especially in Argentina and California.

Saint Zuvis is one of the best grape varieties in Italy and is widely grown there. Red wines are mainly made in Tuscany and most of the south from Saint-Zuvis. Saint-Zuvis is a late-ripening grape variety, which is usually difficult to fully mature when harvested in relatively cold years, but red wines made from Saint-Zuvis picked in the warm season are more vibrant. Beiru is doing well in the New World, as well as in northern Italy, Styria province of Austria, Slavonia, Slovenia, Hungary and Romania.

20. Gray Beilu

Gray Beilu is a member of the Beilu grape family. Its color is gray in pink and needs to be planted in deep soil. 21. Zabiannu
