Dandong Chinese chestnut
Dandong Chinese chestnut is produced in Dandong City, Liaoning Province. The cultivation of Chinese chestnut in Dandong began in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. The fruit is called chestnut, which can be eaten raw, fried with sugar, baked, canned, ground to make cakes, and cooked with spoons. Contains sugar, protein, fat and a variety of vitamins, high nutritional and economic value. And contains vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C and phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, boron and other minerals.
