The flesh is green or emerald green, the meat is dense, tender, juicy, the flavor is thick and sweet, and the content of soluble solids is 17.3-19.5%.

The content of vitamin C in Cuiyu kiwifruit is 143mg / 100g, the total acidity is 1.4%, and the total sugar is 16% Mur22%.
