The reporter learned that of the 2 billion yuan of funds, the central government has specially arranged 600 million yuan to continue to support Jiangsu, Chongqing and other 12 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) to carry out innovative pilot projects of financial support for farmers 'cooperatives.

According to the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the requirements of optimizing structure and improving quality and efficiency, pilot provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) can flexibly choose effective modes such as strengthening cooperation with financial social capital, building public service platforms and purchasing services by the government, so as to promote and apply them in a wider range and give full play to the typical demonstration and driving role of the pilot projects.
