"Cloud Plant Protection" hand in hand with "Farmer Doctor"
"online" and "offline" services to the field
On the outskirts of Beijing at the end of July, strawberry farmers have begun to prepare for a new season. For Wu Di, who is engaged in agricultural technology services, it is also the beginning of a new round of technical service work. Raspberry farmers in Pinggu and Changping were trained on July 28 and July 30 respectively, with more than 200 people in each training session.
Wu Di, who graduated from the Graduate School of Plant Nutrition of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2009, came to Pinggu District shortly after graduation and opened his first agricultural sales store. In the past five years, it has expanded from selling pesticides and chemical fertilizers to providing seedlings, establishing Chuangmeili crop Technology Co., Ltd., and establishing a technical service team to operate the two technical service platforms of "Dr. Wu" and "Yunzhibao". Embrace the Internet and cooperation with "agricultural doctors" to achieve online and offline integration, and provide strawberry farmers with more timely, convenient and intelligent agricultural services. Now, Wu Di's town-level service network has increased to five, serving 20, 000 mu of peach cultivation area and more than 10, 000 mu of strawberry planting area.
On July 27, at the training meeting on strawberry planting in Pinggu organized by Chuangmeilinong, Chuangmeilinong and "Farmer Doctor" reached a cooperation agreement, realizing the docking of "offline" and "online".
"Agricultural Doctor" is an interactive mobile application for agro-technicians and farmers across the country created by Zhongnong ask (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. at present, there are 5 million registered farmers and 100000 registered agro-technicians. When farmers encounter problems in planting, they can be uploaded to the "Agricultural Doctor" mobile app in real time in the form of words and pictures, and the agricultural technicians can answer online.
"the goal of cooperation between the two sides is the same, to provide faster and more convenient technical services for farmers," said Wang Zhaoyong, CEO of Farmer Doctor. As a mobile phone application, the goal of "Agricultural Doctor" is to build a platform for farmers and agricultural service personnel to communicate directly, and farmers can directly contact agricultural technicians through the invitation code of their trusted agricultural technicians.
At the scene of the training meeting, Wang Zhaoyong explained to farmers how to use the "Farmer Doctor" mobile app. Through the on-site display, he asked farmers to add Wu Di's invitation code, and Wu Di could see who was following him from his mobile phone. In this way, "one-to-one" online exchanges and services can be carried out, and farmers can send the problems they encounter to the application in the form of words or pictures in a timely manner, and the agricultural technicians on the platform will answer them in time after seeing them. The questions raised by farmers who follow Wu Di will be displayed on Wu Di's mobile phone.
Wu Di said: "our plan is to have agricultural technicians in every village and to solve the problems encountered in strawberry cultivation within one or two days. The 'Agricultural Doctor' mobile phone app captures the difficulty of the current untimely agricultural services."
As a physical dealer, the step-by-step transformation revolves around providing more thoughtful technical services for growing strawberries and peach trees. Wang Zilong, director of the Beijing Zilong Organic Fruit production and Marketing Co-operative, said: "unlike ordinary agricultural stores, he is highly educated, skilled, and open-minded. Ordinary agricultural stores sell goods at home, and he sends technical services directly to the greenhouse."
Why build two technical service platforms, "Dr. Wu" and "Yunzhibao"? Wu Di said: "Dr. Wu represents the in-depth development of technology, and we will ask experts and professors to feel the pulse for some problems, while Cloud Plant Protection uses the concept of cloud to imply that our technical services will cover more strawberry growers."
Zhang Changshan, director of the Beijing Zhenshan prosperous Fruit production and Marketing Co-operative, has been working with Wu Di for four years: "when I first started growing strawberries, I didn't know the technology. at that time, Wu Di came to my shed every week and arrived on time before 10 o'clock every Thursday morning." Wu Di's technical services basically cover most strawberry growers in Pinggu.
Wu Di's technical service team members are from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University, Hebei Agricultural University, Hebei normal University of Science and Technology and other schools, all have bachelor's degree or above, and have long-term cooperation with some strawberry experts.
At two training sessions, Wu Di explained in detail to farmers how to apply base fertilizer and what kind of base fertilizer could not be applied, and put forward a comprehensive fertilization plan because farmers had to prepare the soil immediately. As soon as strawberry diseases occur, it is very difficult to control them. In order to help farmers prevent diseases, Wu Di combined the pest prevention package with one month as a time unit, and told farmers in advance the nodes and drugs to be prevented and controlled each month. While preventing and controlling the occurrence of diseases and insect pests, green prevention and control was also achieved.
After two training sessions, Wu Di will go to Zhejiang to check on strawberry breeding on July 31. Unlike many strawberry seedling dealers, Wu Di has his own seedling base in Zhejiang. From planting to harvesting, Wu Di has to go many times to ensure that there are no problems with the seedlings.
Grasping strawberry and peach crops, Wu Di put the whole cultivation plan of these two crops into practice for farmers. Wu Di said: "the premise of farmers' trust is that farmers must really grow safe strawberries and make money." For Wu Di, farmers have made money, and his annual hard work will also bear fruit.

You might as well let the farmers discuss the affairs of the farmers.
According to reports, the relevant departments of Mengcun County in Hebei Province have found that one of the important reasons for the change of the two rural committees in the county and the defeat of some cadres who are willing to work is that these cadres love to make their own decisions, so that some farmers say, "I want cucumbers, you must give me watermelons."
