First, the result of the use of planting stone in covering the old man.

Planting gold stone has a good effect on covering the old man with obvious false bulb. I used pure planting gold stone to cover the bud of Chunlan old man in 2006, and showed one old man with one seedling when I turned the basin on December 5, 2006. There is a bud spot on the old man. Two roots. 3 leaves, 20 cm long and 0.5 cm wide.

According to the rejuvenation trend, the new grass in 2008 is 0.2 cm wider than that in 2007, the seedlings have 2 more seedlings, and the 2007 grass has successfully germinated into buds. From the point of view of the acceleration of vegetative growth, reproductive growth is not left behind, so that the relationship between vegetative growth and reproductive growth can be balanced.

The use of gold plant stone 95%, snake wood 5%, no base fertilizer. The management of 5 pots of Huilan Luoshan new flower at the bottom with plastic foam block is the same as that of No. 90 ladygate, the potted grass is strong and the white root system is full of pots. On October 11, 2008, the Xinhuiyi basin turned over the basin and it could be seen that the root system grew very well. The reasonable management results of multi-pot test show that 95% of gold stone and 5% of snake wood are good for planting hairy roots and hair grass, and the reproductive growth of grass is also good after rejuvenation.

III. The quality management of planting gold stone in species conservation and its significance.

Through the successful experiments of several kinds of vegetable culture and conservation, it can be shown that its effect is obvious and its significance is far-reaching. When covering the old man or weak herbs to breed new buds and lead to new roots, we should give more careful observation and grasp it at any time in order to adjust the management plan in time. Thin fertilizer and water can be given when the number of new roots is 2-3 and the length is 3-5 cm. In late autumn, when the new roots reach about 7 and the length is more than 7 cm, organic or inorganic slow-release granular fertilizer can be applied as base fertilizer, and the next year management will gradually increase the amount of water and fertilizer. In short, in the management of water and fertilizer, it depends on the situation of seedlings to deal with as appropriate. Because the phytolith itself does not contain any fertilizer, organic fertilizer should be used as the main fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer as the supplement. Yilan, a key substance that assists in water and fertilizer management and can prolong the use of phytolith, is essential. Mixing 300-500 times of Yilan bacteria solution each time in water and fertilizer management can make the pores of phytolith free from the accumulation of inorganic salts and produce toxic substances that blacken the new root tips and lead to bad roots, while maintaining the characteristics of fast moisture absorption and excellent moisture retention. In addition, it can also be hidden without harmful bacteria, so as to achieve the purpose of growing orchids without changing it for 3-5 years. The use of pure plant stone must be mixed with about 5% of plant fiber, and it is better to use slender strips that are not easy to rot. Now most of them are mixed with snake wood, so that heavy water can go fast, and new root tips can be easily planted along thin strips of fiber to strengthen their roots. Under the action of Yilan bacteria, the thin strips of fiber mixed with phytolith will not be acidified because of decay, so as to realize the safe use of old phytolith.

IV. Management of mixed planting of gold and stone and its significance

Planting gold stone mixed organic particle plant material is the most common, most commonly used in tile basin, sweat basin, purple sand basin, plastic basin. The mixed use of gold stone and organic granular plant materials can achieve complementary advantages, realize the diversification of trace elements under the premise of ensuring permeability and moisture, and make the new buds fat and strong plants strong, the flowers better and the flower fragrance more faint under the condition of good root growth. Planting gold stone mixed with organic granular plant material should be planted with medium or above seedling quality, so that the grass with better seedling quality can have a better chance to display its ability. In the case that the organic granular plant material can not be mixed by more than 50%, I apply slow-release base fertilizer to make up the missing field of base fertilizer and topdressing fertilizer respectively. Topdressing is based on the principle of thinness, dominated by organic fertilizer and supplemented by inorganic fertilizer.
