东亚兰的栽培条件

The temperature of East Asian orchid is more adaptable to low temperature than other orchids. In winter night, the adult East Arabian should be placed at an environment of more than 10 ℃, while the daytime temperature in summer should not exceed 29.5 ℃. Once the heat is pressing, it is best to use ventilation, temperature and shading to control it effectively.

During the period of flower bud differentiation, that is, summer and autumn rainy season, there must be obvious temperature difference between day and night in order to make flower bud differentiation, but when the flower bud has withered, the temperature at night should not exceed 14 ℃, otherwise it is easy to wither the flower bud earlier.

Sunshine should be covered with a shading net between late spring and early autumn, except for slightly shielding from the hot sun. It also helps to lower the temperature and retain moisture. 30% shading net is preferred. In addition, shade is not needed in other seasons, but direct noon and afternoon sunlight should still be avoided, such as east-facing balconies or windows.

The daytime temperature of watering Taiwan in summer often exceeds the maximum growth temperature of East Aram, so when the temperature exceeds 29.5 ℃, it is better to fully water the surface of the basin soil after drying until the water flows out from the bottom of the basin. In addition, water can also be sprinkled around the orchid basin to lower the temperature. There is no need to spray unless the air is very dry. In addition, moisture should be reduced during flowering or brown spots will appear in the flowers.

A well-ventilated environment is one of the necessary growth conditions for orchids. In addition, ventilation can also reduce the high temperature. When the winter temperature is 15.5℃, and the temperature in other seasons is above 18.5℃, the fan or ventilator should be turned on to make the air circulate.
