For novices who raise orchids, they will look forward to their orchids blooming, but some flower friends refuse to blossom for a long time, and they do not know why their orchids do not bloom. Here we briefly analyze the reasons why orchids do not bloom from several aspects.

There are several common reasons why orchids do not bloom, such as too little light, which is the reason why most orchids do not blossom. Sunlight is the main source of nutrition for orchids. It is caused by muggy weather and poor ventilation when there are flower buds in summer. Not blooming in autumn and winter is dry for a long time, leading to plant dehydration and flower bud differentiation; sometimes everything is normal, but suddenly stop differentiation after pedicel, that is the wrong flowering season, light, temperature, humidity are wrong, flower buds will also stop differentiation.

To promote orchid flowering, we should pay attention to the following aspects:

The main results are as follows: 1. Light is the main factor to promote the bud formation of orchid plants. In general, orchids need to be illuminated for 2 to 3 hours. The leaves are soft and green, indicating normal illumination; dark green and soft leaves, indicating the need for more light; and yellowish leaves, indicating less light.

Second, when temperature promotes orchid flowering, the temperature difference between day and night is about 10 ℃, that is, the temperature of 18 ℃ ~ 21 ℃ in daytime and 7 ℃ ~ 10 ℃ at night grows best and blossoms more. The high temperature at night will soften the orchid leaves and peel off the flower buds. Too low temperature can cause blind buds and spots on the leaves. When it is damaged by low temperature during flowering, the flowers will appear brown spots.

Third, watering, the amount of watering is also the main condition for orchid flowering, moisture should be well controlled. A lot of water will make the orchid plant grow, but it is not easy to grow buds.

As long as we strengthen the usual maintenance and management, make the plants grow, grow strong and grow much, and pay special attention to increasing light and applying phosphorus and potassium fertilizer before and after flower bud differentiation, it will be expected to blossom.
