Ecological civilization is a new dimension of socialist civilization system proposed by our country after relay material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization and social civilization. Therefore, the evaluation index design of beautiful village construction should weaken consistency and emphasize uniqueness. The construction of beautiful villages should adopt ecological, systematic and market-oriented methods as far as possible: first, ecological methods. The construction of beautiful villages should highlight natural beauty or ecological beauty, minimize traces of artificial carving, and make full use of ecological carrying capacity and environmental self-purification capacity as much as possible. Rural production and life should not only meet the requirements of ecology, but also adopt ecological management instead of terminal management as far as possible. We should jump out of the misunderstanding of transforming the countryside with urban concepts. For example, infrastructure such as tractor roads, forest roads, pastures and sidewalks should unify hardening rate and water seepage rate according to ecological requirements. The second is a systematic approach. We should unify ecological protection, ecological restoration and ecological construction, unify ecological beauty and artificial beauty, and unify production, life and ecology. For example, sewage treatment and rainwater recycling are unified, and large-scale livestock and poultry farms, organic fertilizer manufacturing plants, livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing plants and feed factories are arranged in the same park to realize the organic unity of pollution control and waste resource utilization. Third, the market-oriented approach. Although the construction of beautiful countryside has the attribute of public goods, the government should not take a comprehensive approach. more competitive bidding should be adopted and peasants and residents should be guided to participate.
