When I interviewed the topic of "Rural Cooperative docking", I went with a very optimistic attitude at first. Because this sounds very beautiful, it will certainly be very smooth to solve the problem that it is difficult for farmers to sell vegetables and that it is expensive for citizens to eat vegetables. However, some unexpected problems were found in the real interview, and some problems need to be solved by multi-party support.

There is no doubt about the public's welcome attitude towards "rural cooperative docking": convenient, agricultural products are delivered to their doorstep; cheap, many intermediate links are reduced; and healthy, the quality of agricultural products of cooperatives participating in "rural cooperative docking" is reliable. However, this is not a public welfare cause after all, and cooperatives also need to make money in order to maintain normal operation. In fact, although the price of products sold directly to the community by cooperatives is a little higher than that sold to intermediaries, it is necessary to take into account logistics costs, delivery labor costs, and the cost of opening stores in cities, and so on. It also includes traffic restrictions on trucks in urban areas, urban management management, industrial and commercial certification, and so on, which will inadvertently incur fines, further depressing profit margins, and causing many cooperatives to be less enthusiastic about "rural cooperative docking", which "sounds beautiful".

In the interview, I was impressed by the cotton community network of Penghou Street Office in Qiaoxi District of Shijiazhuang. This kind of "rural cooperative docking" in the form of group purchase of residents was carried out vigorously, and many residents interviewed were full of praise. The quantity of purchases and the amount of money saved mentioned in the manuscript also explain the reasons why the residents agree. However, these tedious docking work unexpectedly rely on the voluntary dedication of community cadres. Every time a group purchase is carried out, the responsible community cadres are so busy that they can't do anything for several days, and sometimes they can't even eat on time. Although it is said that this is to do practical work for the residents, after all, they themselves are also burdened with heavy work, and taking into account the problems of product quality and normal wear and tear in the future, this is not something that community cadres can fully undertake.

"the docking of rural cooperatives" is not a public welfare cause, and community cadres are not professional teams, so they should introduce third-party organizations and carry out them in the form of corporate operation. From the government side, one is to balance the interests of various parties, the second is to coordinate traffic, urban management and other relevant units, to give the green light for "rural cooperative docking", and the third is to consider whether to use corresponding funds to support and encourage cooperatives to set up shops in the community.
